Method and apparatus for logistics service claim settlement

Abstract

The application discloses a logistics service claim settlement method and device, and relates to the technical field of computers. A specific implementation of the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a user classification model by performing model training based on user logistics service claim settlement related data, and obtaining a preliminary classification result by using the user classification model; optimizing and adjusting the preliminary classification result by using a genetic algorithm to obtain an optimized classification result; and performing claim settlement on the user according to the optimized classification result and claim settlement rules corresponding to each user category. The implementation performs claim settlement on users of different categories by using corresponding claim settlement rules, thereby reducing the auditing link, shortening the claim settlement period, improving the claim settlement efficiency and effect, and improving the claim settlement experience of the user.
