Operation method of power wire laying operation vehicle and wire laying vehicle

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of power engineering construction equipment, and particularly relates to a working method of an electric power wire laying operation vehicle and the wire laying vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: loading a wire reel and locking; supporting with a rear support and a side support to stabilize the vehicle body after unfolding; releasing the brake to enable the wire reel to rotate freely; adjusting the rotating speed of the wire reel through a brake handle during the wire laying process; relocking the wire reel and recovering the support device after the operation is completed, and restoring the vehicle transportation state. The method integrates vehicle transportation, operation preparation, wire laying control and reset recovery into a process, and realizes the whole process operation from loading to recovery. Moreover, the accurate alignment before hoisting reduces the installation time; the mechanical and hydraulic double brake systems provide redundant safety guarantee during transportation; the step-by-step unfolding and mechanical locking of the support device ensure the stability of the operation platform; the adjustable brake during the wire laying process realizes the control of the cable tension; and the safety and continuity of the operation are improved.
