A peanut sauce egg coating transfer device and method

Abstract

This invention discloses a sesame paste-coated egg transfer device and method, belonging to the technical field of food processing equipment. The device includes a material tank, an intermittently rotating central shaft, and multiple circumferentially distributed transfer mechanisms. Each transfer mechanism includes a first winding assembly, a second winding assembly, and a flexible net connected between the two. This invention, through the combination of dual winding assemblies and a flexible net, allows the egg to be lowered and submerged in the material tank. At the stopping position, the reciprocating winding and unwinding of the assemblies causes the net to sway, achieving both sesame paste coating and anti-sedimentation / disturbance functions. At the unloading position, after the flexible net touches the bottom and releases the weight of the egg, differential control of the first winding assembly unwinding and the second winding assembly winding allows one side of the flexible net to smoothly detach from the bottom, resulting in a stable egg discharge and achieving zero-drop net removal. This invention solves the defects of existing technologies, such as rigid contact leading to easy breakage, lack of drainage causing waste and pollution, and high energy consumption due to external auxiliary mixing.
