Oil-soluble DNA sodium composition with anti-aging efficacy and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This invention provides an oil-soluble sodium DNA composition with anti-aging effects, its preparation method, and its application. By mass percentage, the oil-soluble sodium DNA composition comprises: sodium DNA: 0.01%~0.5%; polypeptide: 0.001%~0.5%; polar solvent: 10~25%; encapsulating emulsifier: 2~7%; and oily dispersant: 65%~85%. The prepared oil-soluble sodium DNA composition exhibits excellent collagen-promoting and skin-repairing effects. Through an oil-soluble assembly system, this composition can significantly enhance the bioavailability of sodium DNA and polypeptide active ingredients, thereby achieving a synergistic skincare effect. The oil-soluble sodium DNA composition has wide applications in the skincare industry. In the production process, this composition can be directly added to a pre-prepared cosmetic matrix at room temperature. The assembled oil-soluble sodium DNA system can effectively improve the physicochemical stability of sodium DNA and its anti-aging activity in the final product.
