Abstract

This invention discloses an array-type radial rotating heat pipe grinding wheel, its preparation method, and its application, relating to the field of high-efficiency grinding tool technology. The grinding wheel includes a base, a cover plate, a plug, a liquid working fluid, and an abrasive layer. The base and cover plate are joined together to form an integrated sealed structure, with an array-type radial heat pipe channel inside. The heat pipe channel consists of a shared annular evaporation chamber, a condensation chamber, and multiple array-type direct-flow channels connecting the two. This design retains most of the reinforcing ribs within the base to ensure excellent structural strength and rigidity under high-efficiency grinding conditions. During grinding, the working fluid is driven by grinding heat and centrifugal force, completing a phase change cycle between the evaporation chamber and the condensation chamber via the direct-flow channels.
