Abstract

The application provides a two-step waste stripping method and system for die-cutting products to avoid outer frame waste stripping, and relates to the technical field of precise die-cutting processing. S1: Y-axis direction waste shaping and removing: performing first die-cutting on a target material layer stacked on a bearing substrate; S2: X-axis direction waste stripping die-cutting: performing second die-cutting on the semi-finished product after S1 processing, and the waste stripping die is used for this time, the knife line of which accurately cuts the connecting part of each product unit with the adjacent product unit or with the outer frame waste area in the X-axis direction, and after this cutting, each product unit is also completely independent in the X-axis direction; through process reconstruction, the application completely cancels the step of "overall stripping outer frame waste" with the highest risk, and the product only bears the die-cutting force in the vertical direction when finally formed, and is not subjected to the transverse pulling force throughout the process, thereby fundamentally eliminating the mechanical conditions leading to the product being pulled out.
