A new energy vehicle air valve durability test tool

Abstract

This invention discloses a durability testing fixture for air valves in new energy vehicles, relating to the field of new energy vehicle testing technology. It includes a frame and a clamping assembly. The frame has symmetrically arranged grooves on its upper and lower inner walls. The testing assembly is located on one side of each groove. The clamping assembly includes a slide block, fixing bolts, locking bolts, an adjusting plate, a slide rail, a slider, a connecting rod, a sliding plate, and a clamping block. The slide block is engaged within the groove, and fixing bolts are symmetrically threaded onto both sides of the slide block. An adjusting plate is rotatably connected to one end of the slide block via a locking bolt. A slide rail is formed on the surface of the adjusting plate, and a slider is slidably connected within the slide rail. In use, this invention allows for adjustment of the device according to the shape of the air valve, enabling clamping and fixing of air valves of different shapes. The air valve can be tested immediately after processing. During the processing of the air valve, vibration can be applied to accelerate the process, thereby saving processing and testing time.
