Abstract

This patent discloses a low-temperature anti-crystallization observation device for the nicotine module of an AA3 flow analyzer. The device includes an insulated housing and an optical observation assembly. The insulated housing is fitted onto the tubing of the nicotine module in the AA3 flow analyzer and is equipped with a heating element for temperature control, preventing reagent crystallization. The optical observation assembly, located on the insulated housing, includes a viewing window and an optical lens, allowing direct observation of the reagent flow in the tubing. This device fundamentally eliminates crystallization caused by low temperatures, effectively avoiding tubing blockage, signal drift, and data distortion. It significantly improves operational stability and data reliability in low-temperature environments.
