Abstract

The application is suitable for the technical field of wire drawing, and provides a center hole alignment device of a wire drawing die, which comprises a main body assembly, the main body assembly comprises a unit and a wire drawing groove, a die seat mechanism is installed on the inner wall of the wire drawing groove, an adjusting assembly is used for assisting adjustment of a wire entering the die seat mechanism for the first time, and an auxiliary threading assembly is used for assisting guidance of the wire during threading, the auxiliary threading assembly comprises a connecting plate and an adjusting mechanism connected to one side of the connecting plate. The device solves the problems of drawing misalignment, die hole wear, short service life of the die and poor wire precision caused by manual positioning misalignment. The device limits the wire left and right through two pressure rollers of a wire clamping mechanism, and adjusts and limits the space up and down through two spools, so that the wire is limited at a position aligned with the center hole of the wire drawing die. The device reduces the inclination deviation of the wire during threading and drawing, reduces one-side abnormal wear of the die hole, and prolongs the service life of the wire drawing die.
