Abstract
This invention discloses a high thermal conductivity carbon nanotube sealant based on hot-dip galvanizing, comprising the following components by weight: 26-40 parts film-forming agent, 6.2-6.5 parts rust inhibitor, 1-5 parts carbon nanotube dispersion, 0.2 parts defoamer, 0.2 parts wetting agent, 0.2 parts leveling agent, 15 parts ethylene glycol butyl ether, and 12 parts ethanol; the rust inhibitor comprises, by weight, 0.2-0.5 parts silica dispersion, 1 part polyolefin aqueous solution, and 5 parts n-dodecyl hexaphytate aqueous solution. Therefore, this invention can achieve stable protection for galvanized pipes.
