The precision infrared single-point turning oil utilizes a synthetic ester complex system with a specific proportion and an extreme pressure dispersion system to construct a low-viscosity and high-permeability lubricating medium, can adapt to nanoscale cutting depth, effectively solves the problems of micro scratches, thermal strain deviation and tool built-up edge in the infrared optical element processing process, improves the surface smoothness of processing, significantly prolongs the service life of the tool and maintains the size stability of the workpiece.
