A brush device of a garbage cleaning head of a road sweeper

Abstract

This invention provides a brushing device for a road sweeper's garbage sweeping head, comprising a brushing assembly and a limiting assembly. The brushing assembly has a brush head mounting base connected to the lower part of the main shaft, and a set of brush head modules are hinged to the brush head mounting base. A strip brush and a positioning pulley are mounted on the front end of the brush handle of each brush head module. The limiting assembly includes a central support frame and a limiting ring frame. The central support frame is rotatably supported and connected to the middle section of the main shaft. The limiting ring frame has a pair of limiting rings connected to the central support frame, and the limiting rings have a horizontal section, an upward-curving section, and an obstacle-crossing section. The positioning pulleys of each brush head module are rolled and supported between the two limiting rings. When rotating, the brush head modules of this brushing device can automatically raise, cross obstacles, and lower themselves by following the undulations of the end faces of the two limiting rings. The rotation is lighter, more continuous, and smoother, reducing power consumption and rotational noise. Furthermore, the brush bristles of the brush head module are not impacted when crossing the longitudinal sliding frame beside the garbage conveyor belt, reducing bristle wear.
