Abstract

This invention discloses an intelligent early warning management system for electric boilers, relating to the field of intelligent early warning technology. It includes a multi-parameter monitoring module, a data processing module, an early warning module, and a linkage control module. The multi-parameter monitoring module includes sensors for collecting partial discharge signals from electrodes, sensors for collecting electrode insulation resistance, sensors for collecting three-phase current, sensors for collecting shell potential, and sensors for collecting the status of insulating bushings. The data processing module evaluates the equipment's operating status and fault risk level based on the feature data. The early warning module outputs corresponding early warning signals according to the fault risk level. The linkage control module issues control commands to the electric boiler control system to execute protective actions when the fault risk level reaches a preset threshold. This achieves real-time monitoring and intelligent early warning of multi-dimensional safety parameters of the electric boiler, improving the accuracy and response speed of fault identification and enhancing the safety of equipment operation.
