Abstract

This invention discloses a catalyst pressure-pulsating online regeneration method and system, belonging to the field of industrial catalysis technology. Addressing the problems of high energy consumption at high temperatures, irrecoverable active components, severe solvent pollution, and inability to operate online in existing regeneration technologies, this invention uses supercritical CO2 as the medium. The deactivated catalyst is first unloaded directly from the reactor into the regeneration container and cooled to 80-100°C. Ethanol and a fresh active component suspension are added under low pressure. After pressurizing to the regeneration pressure, pressure-pulsating circulation is performed. Utilizing the high solubility of supercritical CO2 and the "breathing" effect generated by pressure pulsation, deep extraction of carbon deposits in the pores and in-situ replenishment of active components are simultaneously achieved. Subsequently, the solvent is recovered by slight depressurization and condensation, and recycled after three-stage filtration. The regenerated catalyst is then pushed back into the reactor after pressure balancing. This invention completes regeneration at low temperatures, avoiding metal agglomeration and oxidative passivation, achieving high solvent recovery rate and high regeneration efficiency, realizing green, efficient, and in-situ online regeneration.
