Abstract

The application relates to a smart card personalization card writing device, a card writing equipment and a card writing method, wherein the smart card personalization card writing device comprises a rack, a card writing module and a card transfer module; the card transfer module comprises a card transfer mechanism and a lifting driving mechanism; the card transfer mechanism comprises a support, an incoming card temporary storage box, an outgoing card temporary storage box, a card dialing piece, a card transfer driving mechanism for driving the card dialing piece to push a blank smart card in the incoming card temporary storage box to a card writing station of the card writing module and push a smart card which has completed card writing on the card writing station to the outgoing card temporary storage box at the same time; through the above setting, the smart card personalization card writing device can realize separate rejection and rapid replacement of fault cards, considers card writing efficiency and qualified rate, can reduce material loss and rework cost, guarantees smart card production sequence and batch integrity, and adapts to large-batch, high-quality and low-loss large-scale production demand.
