A long-life battery of pure lead for a ship and a method for manufacturing the same

Abstract

The application provides a preparation method of a pure lead long-life battery for a ship, and comprises the following contents: step one, a positive electrode material is composed of lead powder, short fiber PET and positive electrode auxiliary materials, and dry mixing is carried out according to a mass ratio of 1000:1:1; a negative electrode material is composed of lead powder, graphite and negative electrode auxiliary materials, and dry mixing is carried out according to a mass ratio of 1000:0.8-1.1:19-22; step two, the positive electrode material and the negative electrode material are both added into an electrolyte to carry out wet mixing, so as to obtain positive and negative lead pastes; step three, the lead pastes are coated on pure lead grids with a lead content of more than 99.99% which are prepared through continuous casting and stamping, so as to prepare positive and negative electrode plates; step four, the electrode plates are solidified and assembled in a battery box, and then are sealed, acid is added, and charging and activation are carried out. According to the application, the high-purity pure lead grid is matched with the lead paste of the positive and negative materials, so that the battery shows excellent electrochemical performance.
