Abstract

The application discloses a heating and ventilation pipeline mounting structure and relates to the technical field of pipeline mounting, which comprises a base and a support above the base, a plurality of sliding seats and an arc-shaped ring are arranged on the upper portion of the support to form fasteners, horizontal grooves for the sliding of the sliding seats are arranged in the support, and displacement units for driving the horizontal translocation of the fasteners are arranged, so that the fasteners are prevented from being clamped at the same position for a long time; a plurality of piston heads are arranged in the arc-shaped ring, and locking units for simultaneously extruding the piston heads to the center of the pipeline are arranged above the arc-shaped ring, so that the pipeline is tightly held under the superpressure state. The structure can not only disperse clamping stress and reduce slight movement wear through periodical displacement, but also can be quickly locked under water hammer or superpressure, so that the pipeline protection under normal working conditions and the safety fixation under abnormal working conditions are considered, and the service life and reliability of the heating and ventilation pipeline system are effectively improved.
