Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of battery testing, and in particular to a battery testing fixture. Background Art
[0002] Since all-solid-state batteries do not have electrolytes, electrons and ions need to be transferred through contact between particles. During the charging and discharging process of all-solid-state battery cells, the battery cells themselves inevitably experience volume deformation.
[0003] When existing conventional fixtures are used to test the electrical performance of solid-state battery cells, the pressure applied to the battery cells is unstable and uneven due to the deformation of the battery cells themselves. The conductivity of ions / electrons inside the battery cells is prone to fluctuations, which causes the charging and discharging capabilities of the battery cells to fluctuate, affecting the electrical performance of the battery cells and further affecting the testing accuracy of the battery cells. Utility Model Content
[0004] The present application provides a battery testing fixture with a simple structure, which can provide uniform and constant pressure during the testing of all-solid-state battery cells, thereby facilitating the electrical performance of the all-solid-state battery cells.
[0005] This application is achieved through the following technical solutions:
[0006] An embodiment of the present application provides a battery testing fixture, which includes a base, a middle plate, a pressure testing component, a pressure plate assembly and an air cushion, wherein the base is provided with a guide portion extending along a first direction, and the middle plate is slidably arranged on the guide portion along the first direction, and the middle plate is used to carry a battery cell; the pressure testing component is arranged between the base and the middle plate; the pressure plate assembly includes a pressure plate and a first fastener, the pressure plate is slidably arranged on the guide portion, and is located on a side of the middle plate away from the base, and the first fastener is connected to the guide portion, and is used to limit the movement of the pressure plate along a side away from the base; the air cushion is arranged between the middle plate and the pressure plate, and the air cushion has a contact surface made of a flexible material for contacting the battery cell.
[0007] In this solution, the battery cell is an all-solid-state battery cell, and a guide portion is provided on the base. The middle plate and the pressure plate can be slidably provided on the guide portion. The middle plate is in contact with the pressure test component. After the battery cell is placed on the middle plate, the air cushion is placed between the pressure plate and the battery cell. After the pressure plate is locked by the first fastener, the clamping and fixing of the battery test fixture is completed. The first fastener applies a locking force to the pressure plate and transmits force to the battery cell through the air cushion. The pressure test component realizes pressure detection during the charging and discharging process of the battery cell. During the charging and discharging test of the all-solid-state battery cell, the volume of the battery cell will change due to the expansion or contraction of the powder of the all-solid-state battery cell. Through the setting of the air cushion, the air pressure inside the air cushion is controlled by an external air pump to the set conditions. Due to the fluidity of the air and the softness of the contact surface material on the air cushion, the air cushion has an isostatic effect. After assembly, even if the all-solid-state battery cell expands or contracts, the flexible contact surface of the air cushion is easily deformed and can absorb the deformation of the battery cell. The air pressure at any position where the battery cell contacts the air cushion is the same, thereby ensuring that the force on the battery cell is uniform. And by externally controlling the pressure of the air cushion, the effect of constant pressure on the battery cell is achieved. Compared with the conventional fixture in the prior art that uses a hydraulic system to maintain constant pressure, the setting of the air cushion can provide an isostatic pressure effect to the battery cell, so that the air pressure at any position where the battery cell contacts the air cushion is the same, and the deformation of the battery cell is absorbed. Under such uniform and constant pressure conditions, the electrical properties of the all-solid-state battery cell can be fully exerted, and the test fixture has a simple structure and a small size, which is conducive to batch use.
[0008] According to some embodiments of the present application, the air cushion includes an outer frame and an air cushion body. The outer frame is arranged around the outer circumference of the air cushion body, and the air cushion body is connected to the outer frame; the middle part of the outer frame has an opening for exposing the contact surface.
[0009] In the above scheme, the air cushion includes an outer frame and an air cushion body. The outer frame is arranged around the outer circumference of the air cushion body, providing a limit function for the circumference of the air cushion body and providing additional support and stability for the air cushion body. The outer frame is a rigid structure, and the air cushion body is a flexible structure. The combination of rigidity and flexibility can not only ensure the strength requirements of the air cushion, but also evenly distribute the force when under pressure, ensuring that the air cushion exerts uniform and constant pressure on the battery cell.
[0010] According to some embodiments of the present application, along the first direction, the air cushion body includes two sub-rubber pads, the two sub-rubber pads are respectively located on both sides of the first direction of the outer frame, and the outer peripheral sides of the sub-rubber pads are bonded to the outer frame, and the two sub-rubber pads and the outer frame jointly define a closed air chamber, and the contact surface is located on the sub-rubber pads.
[0011] In the above scheme, the air cushion body is formed of two sub-rubber pads, that is, the two side walls of the air cushion body in the thickness direction are separately arranged, and the two sub-rubber pads are respectively connected to the upper and lower sides of the outer frame as a whole, and are enclosed with the outer frame to form an air cushion with a closed air chamber. It is only necessary to use two layers of sub-rubber pads to be bonded and fixed to the inner walls of the outer frame respectively, so that a closed air chamber can be formed together with the outer frame, which facilitates assembly and reduces the difficulty of processing the air cushion.
[0012] More importantly, since the battery cell is an all-solid-state battery cell, the fastening force it bears is relatively large during the electrical performance test, and the conventional flexible airbag structure cannot meet the pressure requirements of the solid-state battery cell. Therefore, by adopting a split assembly structure for the air cushion, after the sub-rubber pad is squeezed and deformed by the battery cell, the outer frame provides a restraining force to the circumferential side of the air cushion. The outer frame itself has a high strength and can withstand the circumferential stress of the air cushion. And under the circumferential restraint of the outer frame, the circumferential side of the sub-rubber pad, since the upper and lower sub-rubber pads are respectively connected to the outer frame, and there is no direct connection between the upper and lower sub-rubber layers, the thickness of the sub-rubber pad can be increased to meet the pressure requirements of the battery cell when the overall thickness of the air cushion is relatively thin. The sub-rubber pad can only deform along the first direction, and can better absorb the deformation of the battery cell in the first direction.
[0013] According to some embodiments of the present application, both sides of the outer frame in the first direction are bent toward the air cushion body to form a boss, and a step portion is provided at the position of the sub-rubber pad corresponding to the boss. The sub-rubber pad is placed on the boss through the step portion and is bonded to the boss.
[0014] In the above scheme, by forming a boss on the outer frame and correspondingly providing a step portion on the edge of the sub-rubber pad, the sub-rubber pad and the outer frame are bonded and fixed after being laid, so that the bonding area at the connection between the sub-rubber pad and the outer frame is larger, thereby improving the bonding strength and bonding stability between the sub-rubber pad and the outer frame. In addition, the boss is engaged with the step portion, and the boss has a certain limiting function for the sub-rubber pad, which can effectively reduce the risk of the air cushion body escaping from the outer frame and improve the overall stability of the air cushion.
[0015] According to some embodiments of the present application, the air cushion includes an air nozzle, which is penetrated through the outer frame, one end of the air nozzle extends into the air chamber, and one end of the air nozzle is located outside the outer frame to be connected to the inflation device.
[0016] In the above solution, by setting the air nozzle on the air cushion, the air nozzle is inserted into the outer frame. Compared with the air nozzle inserted into the sub-rubber pad, the structural strength of the outer frame is higher, and it is not easy for the air cushion to have a weak point due to the insertion of the air nozzle. The inflatable device can pressurize the air cushion through the air nozzle to maintain a constant pressure inside the air cushion.
[0017] According to some embodiments of the present application, the number of the air cushions is two, and the two air cushions are respectively used to contact two sides of the battery cell in the first direction.
[0018] In the above scheme, by setting the number of air cushions to two, the two air cushions are in contact with the two sides of the battery cell respectively. When the battery cell is deformed on both sides in the thickness direction, the deformation of the battery cell can be buffered by the air cushions, and the uniformity and constancy of the pressure of the battery cell during the charging and discharging process can be ensured.
[0019] According to some embodiments of the present application, the guide portion includes a plurality of guide columns, the plurality of guide columns are spaced apart and distributed around the base, and the middle plate has guide holes for the guide columns to pass through.
[0020] In the above scheme, the guide part is adopted as multiple guide columns, and the middle plate cooperates with the multiple guide columns. Under the joint guiding action of the multiple guide columns, the middle plate can only move along the extension direction of the guide columns, thereby improving the stability of the middle plate sliding process.
[0021] According to some embodiments of the present application, the guide column and the guide hole are loosely matched.
[0022] In the above scheme, there is a gap between the guide column and the guide hole, so that the middle plate can slide along the guide column more smoothly, and when the middle plate slides on the guide column, the friction between the middle plate and the guide column is small, which reduces the influence of friction on the battery cell testing process and improves the accuracy of the battery cell testing results.
[0023] According to some embodiments of the present application, the pressure plate has a first mounting hole for the guide column to pass through, and the pressure plate is sleeved on the guide column through the first mounting hole; the first fastener is threadedly connected to the guide column.
[0024] In the above scheme, the pressing plate is sleeved on the guide column through the first mounting hole. Under the locking action of the first fastener, the first fastener clamps and fixes the pressing plate, the air cushion, the battery cell, the middle plate and the base together to achieve the clamping and fixing of the test fixture. The pressure can be adjusted to the preload force requirement of the battery cell test by adjusting the rotation amount of the first fastener or adjusting the pressure value inside the air cushion, thereby meeting the test requirements of the battery cell. The operation is convenient and fast, and the structure is simple.
[0025] According to some embodiments of the present application, the battery testing fixture also includes a connecting column and a second fastener, the connecting column is arranged on the base and located between two adjacent guide columns, and the pressure plate has a second mounting hole for the connecting column to pass through; the second fastener is threadedly connected to the connecting column to fasten the pressure plate between the air cushion and the second fastener.
[0026] In the above scheme, in order to ensure the fastening effect of the pressure plate on the air cushion and the middle plate, so that the pressure plate can remain fixed under the reaction force of the air cushion, a connecting column is provided on the base, the connecting column passes through the second mounting hole of the pressure plate, and then is threadedly connected to the connecting column through the second fastener. Under the joint fastening action of the first fastener and the second fastener, the pressure plate is locked and fixed. Compared with fixing only by the first fastener, the fixing effect of the pressure plate is better, ensuring that the pressure plate will not move along the side away from the base during the battery cell test.
[0027] According to some embodiments of the present application, the middle plate has a clearance hole for avoiding the connection column.
[0028] In the above scheme, by setting a clearance hole on the middle plate to avoid the connecting column, there is no matching and connecting relationship between the connecting column and the middle plate, so that the middle plate will not slide or contact with the connecting column, reducing the influence of external force on the battery cell test and improving the accuracy of the battery cell test.
[0029] Additional aspects and advantages of the present application will be given in part in the description below, and in part will become apparent from the description below, or will be learned through the practice of the present application. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The battery may be cylindrical, flat, rectangular or other shapes, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0046] At present, all-solid-state batteries have no electrolyte, so electrons and ions need to be transferred through contact between particles. During the charging and discharging process of all-solid-state battery cells, the battery cells themselves have inevitable volume deformation. Under the constraints of limited external space, the volume deformation problem is converted into the force of battery expansion on the external structure. When the force acts on conventional fixtures, the fixtures will be displaced, and it is difficult for the fixtures to continuously apply uniform and constant pressure to the battery cells.
[0047] When the pressure and uniformity applied by the fixture to the battery cell are prone to change, the contact relationship between the particles will also change accordingly. Since solid-state battery cells need to transfer electrons and ions through particle contact, this will affect the electrical performance of the battery cell.
[0048] In the process of electrical performance testing of solid-state battery cells by existing conventional fixtures, a hydraulic system is generally used to apply constant pressure and uniform clamping to the battery cells. However, the equipment is large, the structure is complex, and the cost is high, making it unsuitable for mass use.
[0049] In view of this, in order to solve the problem that it is difficult for existing battery fixtures to apply constant and uniform pressure during the testing of all-solid-state battery cells, some embodiments of the present application provide a battery testing fixture, which includes a base, a middle plate, a pressure testing component, a pressure plate assembly and an air cushion, the base is provided with a guide portion extending along a first direction, the middle plate is slidably arranged on the guide portion along the first direction, and the middle plate is used to carry the battery cell; the pressure testing component is arranged between the base and the middle plate; the pressure plate assembly includes a pressure plate and a first fastener, the pressure plate is slidably arranged on the guide portion, and is located on a side of the middle plate away from the base, the first fastener is connected to the guide portion, and is used to limit the movement of the pressure plate along a side away from the base; the air cushion is arranged between the middle plate and the pressure plate, the interior of the air cushion has an air chamber, and the air cushion has a contact surface made of a flexible material for contacting the battery cell.
[0050] In such a battery test fixture, during the charge and discharge test of the all-solid-state battery cell, the volume of the battery cell will change due to the expansion or contraction of the powder of the all-solid-state battery cell. And through the external pressure control of the air cushion, the effect of constant pressure on the battery cell is achieved. Compared with the conventional fixture in the prior art that uses a hydraulic system to maintain a constant pressure, the setting of the air cushion can provide an isostatic pressure effect on the battery cell, so that the air pressure at any position where the battery cell contacts the air cushion is the same, and absorbs the deformation of the battery cell. Under such conditions of uniform and constant pressure, the electrical properties of the all-solid-state battery cell can be fully utilized. The test fixture has a simple structure and a small size, which is conducive to batch use.
[0051] The present application embodiment provides a battery testing fixture, please refer to Figures 1 to 4The battery test fixture 100 includes a base 10, a middle plate 30, a pressure test component 20, a pressure plate assembly 50 and an air cushion 40. The base 10 is provided with a guide portion 11 extending along a first direction X. The middle plate 30 is slidably arranged on the guide portion 11 along the first direction X. The middle plate 30 is used to carry a battery cell 200. The pressure test component 20 is arranged between the base 10 and the middle plate 30. The pressure plate assembly 50 includes a pressure plate 51 and a first fastener 52. The pressure plate 51 is slidably arranged on the guide portion 11 and is located on a side of the middle plate 30 away from the base 10. The first fastener 52 is connected to the guide portion 11 and is used to limit the movement of the pressure plate 51 along a side away from the base 10. The air cushion 40 is arranged between the middle plate 30 and the pressure plate 51. The air cushion 40 has a contact surface 423 made of a flexible material for contacting the battery cell 200.
[0052] The base 10 is a bearing component for mounting the pressure test component 20 and the guide portion 11, and the base 10 may be a plate structure. The guide portion 11 is a guide component that provides a guide function for the middle plate 30 and the pressure plate, so that the middle plate 30 and the pressure plate 51 can slide along the guide portion 11 and contact with the pressure test component 20 to achieve force transmission.
[0053] The pressing plate 51 refers to a cover structure disposed at one end of the guide portion 11 away from the base 10. The first fastener 52 is connected to the guide portion 11 to lock and fix the pressing plate 51 at the far end of the guide portion 11. The first fastener 52 applies a fastening force to the pressing plate 51, and the pressing plate 51 applies pressure to the battery cell 200 on the middle plate 30 through the air cushion 40. Due to the principle of action and reaction, it can also be understood that the pressing plate 51 cooperates with the base 10 and is clamped on both sides of the thickness direction (first direction X) of the battery cell 200 to apply pressure to the battery cell 200. The base 10 is in a stationary position, the pressing plate 51 is in an adjustable position, and the position of the pressing plate 51 is adjusted by the first fastener 52 to lock and fix the pressing plate 51.
[0054] The pressure test component 20 may be a pressure sensor for detecting the magnitude of force. The pressure test component 20 is connected to a test device, which can calculate and display the relative relationship between pressure change and time to confirm whether the preload force during the test of the battery cell 200 meets the requirements. The test device is a prior art and will not be described in detail here.
[0055] The air cushion 40 is an air cushion structure filled with gas, and the air cushion 40 has the ability to deform. When testing the battery cell 200, the air pressure inside the air cushion 40 is adjusted and controlled to be constant, so as to achieve constant pressure on the battery cell 200. Even if the volume of the battery cell 200 changes or it is partially deformed, the fluidity of the air inside the air cushion 40 and the contact surface 423 made of flexible material can make the pressure at the position where the air cushion 40 contacts the battery cell 200 uniform and constant.
[0056] After the battery test fixture 100 is installed, the internal air chamber of the air cushion 40 is inflated and pressurized by the inflation device 70, such as an air pump, connected to the air nozzle 44 of the air cushion 40, and the pressure value of the pressure test component 20 is monitored to see whether it meets the design requirements. Since the contact surface 423 of the air cushion 40 is easily deformed, the uniformity of the pressure applied to the battery cell 200 can be ensured. During the test, the pressure of the battery cell 200 is constant and uniform through the pressure control of the external air source.
[0057] In this solution, the battery cell 200 is an all-solid-state battery cell. A guide portion 11 is provided on the base 10. The middle plate 30 and the pressure plate can be slidably provided on the guide portion 11. The middle plate 30 is in contact with the pressure test component 20. After the battery cell 200 is placed on the middle plate 30, the air cushion 40 is placed between the pressure plate 51 and the battery cell 200. After the pressure plate 51 is locked by the first fastener 52, the clamping and fixing of the battery test fixture 100 is completed. The first fastener 52 applies a locking force to the pressure plate 51, and transmits force to the battery cell 200 through the air cushion 40. The pressure test component 20 realizes pressure detection during the charging and discharging process of the battery cell 200. During the charging and discharging test of the all-solid-state battery cell 200, the volume of the battery cell 200 will change due to the expansion or contraction of the powder of the all-solid-state battery cell 200. Through the setting of the air cushion 40, the air pressure inside the air cushion 40 is controlled by the external inflation device 70 to be at the set condition. Due to the fluidity of air and the softness of the material of the contact surface 423 on the air cushion 40, the air cushion 40 has an isostatic effect. After assembly, even if the all-solid-state battery cell 200 expands or contracts, the contact surface 423 on the air cushion 40 that contacts the battery cell 200 is easily deformed and can absorb the deformation of the battery cell 200. The air pressure at any position where the battery cell 200 contacts the air cushion 40 is the same, thereby ensuring that the force on the battery cell 200 is uniform. And by externally controlling the pressure of the air cushion 40, the effect of constant pressure on the battery cell 200 is achieved. Compared with the conventional fixture in the prior art that maintains constant pressure through a hydraulic system, the setting of the air cushion 40 can provide an isostatic effect to the battery cell 200, so that the air pressure at any position where the battery cell 200 contacts the air cushion 40 is the same, and absorbs the deformation of the battery cell 200. Under such uniform and constant pressure conditions, the electrical properties of the all-solid-state battery cell 200 can be fully exerted, and the battery test fixture 100 has a simple structure and a small volume, which is conducive to batch use.
[0058] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 7The air cushion 40 includes an outer frame 41 and an air cushion body 42. The outer frame 41 is arranged around the outer circumference of the air cushion body 42, and the air cushion body 42 is connected to the outer frame 41; the middle part of the outer frame 41 has an opening 411 for exposing the contact surface 423.
[0059] The outer frame 41 is an annular frame structure. In this embodiment, the outer frame 41 is a square frame structure. The outer frame 41 is made of metal, which can ensure the overall strength of the air cushion 40.
[0060] The air cushion 40 includes an outer frame 41 and an air cushion body 42. The outer frame 41 is arranged around the outer circumference of the air cushion body 42 to provide a limiting function for the circumference of the air cushion body 42 and provide additional support and stability for the air cushion body 42. The outer frame 41 is a rigid structure, and the air cushion body 42 is a flexible structure. The combination of rigidity and flexibility can not only ensure the strength requirements of the air cushion 40, but also evenly distribute the force when under pressure, ensuring that the air cushion 40 exerts a uniform and constant pressure on the battery cell 200.
[0061] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 5 Along the first direction X, the air cushion body 42 includes two sub-rubber pads 421, and the two sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively located on both sides of the first direction X of the outer frame 41, and the outer peripheral sides of the sub-rubber pads 421 are bonded to the outer frame 41, and the two sub-rubber pads 421 and the outer frame 41 jointly define a closed air chamber 43, and the contact surface 423 is located on the sub-rubber pads 421.
[0062] The material of the sub-rubber pads 421 is rubber. The two sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively connected to the two sides of the outer frame 41 in the first direction X. There is no connection between the two sub-rubber pads 421. The two sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively connected to the outer frame 41 to form a whole.
[0063] The two sub-rubber pads 421 and the outer frame 41 define a closed air chamber 43 together, which means that the two sub-rubber pads 421 and the outer frame 41 form a closed structure with the air chamber 43 inside, namely, the air cushion 40 .
[0064] By adopting the air cushion body 42 as two sub-rubber pads 421, that is, the two side walls of the air cushion body 42 in the thickness direction are separately and independently arranged, the two sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively connected to the upper and lower sides of the outer frame 41 as a whole, and are enclosed with the outer frame 41 to form an air cushion 40 with a closed air chamber 43. It is only necessary to use two layers of sub-rubber pads 421 to be bonded and fixed to the inner walls of the outer frame 41 respectively, so that they can form a closed air chamber 43 together with the outer frame 41, which is convenient for assembly and reduces the processing difficulty of the air cushion 40.
[0065] More importantly, since the battery cell 200 is a fully solid-state battery cell, the tightening force it bears during the electrical performance test is relatively large, and the conventional flexible airbag structure cannot meet the pressure requirements of the solid-state battery cell 200. Therefore, by adopting the split assembly structure of the air cushion 40, after the sub-rubber pad 421 is squeezed and deformed by the battery cell 200, the outer frame 41 provides a restraining force to the circumferential side of the air cushion 40, and the outer frame 41 itself has a large strength and can withstand the stress in the circumferential direction of the air cushion 40. Moreover, under the circumferential restraint of the outer frame 41, the circumferential side of the sub-rubber pad 421, since the upper and lower layers of the sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively connected to the outer frame 41, and there is no direct connection between the upper and lower layers of the sub-rubber pads 421, the thickness of the sub-rubber pad 421 can be increased to meet the pressure requirements of the battery cell 200 when the overall thickness of the air cushion 40 is relatively thin, and the sub-rubber pad 421 can only be deformed along the first direction X, and can better absorb the deformation of the battery cell 200 in the first direction X.
[0066] According to some embodiments of this application, please continue to refer to Figure 5 The two sides of the outer frame 41 in the first direction X are bent toward the air cushion body 42 to form a boss 412, and the sub-rubber pad 421 is provided with a step portion 422 corresponding to the position of the boss 412. The sub-rubber pad 421 is placed on the boss 412 through the step portion 422 and is bonded to the boss 412.
[0067] The boss 412 refers to a protruding structure of the side wall of the outer frame 41 protruding toward the center direction of the outer frame 41 , and the step portion 422 refers to a flange structure formed on the sub-rubber pad 421 at a position corresponding to the boss 412 , and the step portion 422 can be hung on the boss 412 .
[0068] The step portion 422 of the sub-rubber pad 421 and the boss 412 can be bonded and fixed by an adhesive, and the adhesive can be epoxy resin glue, acrylic glue, chloroprene rubber glue or silicone glue.
[0069] In addition, a plurality of first grooves are formed on the surface of the step portion 422 close to the boss 412, that is, the surface of the step portion 422 close to the boss 412 is polished. Figure 7 , a second groove 4121 is also correspondingly provided on one side of the boss 412 close to the step portion 422, that is, the surface of the boss 412 is polished. The provision of the first groove and the second groove 4121 allows the adhesive between the step portion 422 of the sub-rubber pad 421 and the boss 412 of the outer frame 41 to be more fully integrated into the first groove and the second groove 4121, thereby increasing the bonding performance between the step portion 422 and the boss 412, and correspondingly improving the connection strength and firmness between the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41.
[0070] By forming a boss 412 on the outer frame 41 and correspondingly providing a step portion 422 on the edge of the sub-rubber pad 421, the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41 are bonded and fixed after being laid, so that the bonding area at the connection between the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41 is larger, thereby improving the bonding strength and bonding stability of the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41. In addition, the boss 412 is snap-fitted with the step portion 422, and the boss 412 has a certain limiting function for the sub-rubber pad 421, which can effectively reduce the risk of the air cushion body 42 escaping from the outer frame 41, and improve the overall stability of the air cushion 40.
[0071] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 5 The air cushion 40 includes an air nozzle 44 , which is disposed through the outer frame 41 , one end of the air nozzle 44 extends into the air chamber 43 , and one end of the air nozzle 44 is located outside the outer frame 41 to be connected to the inflation device 70 .
[0072] The inflatable device 70 may be an air pump. The air nozzle 44 is a conventional inflatable nozzle 44, which is sealed and penetrated through the outer frame 41 and extends into the air chamber 43. Under the premise that the first fastener 52 locks the pressure plate in place, the inflatable device 70 is used to pressurize the air cushion 40, and the pressure test component 20 monitors the pressure value change. During the process of pressurizing the inflatable device 70, the tightening force of the first fastener 52 can also be adjusted at the same time until the force measured by the pressure test component 20 reaches a preset value.
[0073] By setting the air nozzle 44 on the air cushion 40, the air nozzle 44 is penetrated in the outer frame 41. Compared with the air nozzle 44 being penetrated in the sub-rubber pad 421, the structural strength of the outer frame 41 is higher, and it is not easy to have a weak part of the air cushion 40 due to the penetration of the air nozzle 44. The inflating device 70 can pressurize the air cushion 40 through the air nozzle 44 to maintain a constant pressure inside the air cushion 40.
[0074] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 4 The number of the air cushions 40 is two, and the two air cushions 40 are respectively used to contact the two sides of the battery cell 200 in the first direction X.
[0075] The two air cushions 40 are respectively located on both sides of the battery cell 200 in a first direction X. The first direction X refers to both the length direction of the guide portion 11 and the thickness direction of the battery cell 200 .
[0076] By setting the number of air cushions 40 to two, the two air cushions 40 are respectively in contact with the two sides of the battery cell 200. When the battery cell 200 is deformed on both sides in the thickness direction, the deformation of the battery cell 200 can be buffered by the air cushions 40, and the uniformity and constancy of the pressure of the battery cell 200 during the charging and discharging process can be ensured.
[0077] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 The guide portion 11 includes a plurality of guide posts 111 , and the plurality of guide posts 111 are spaced apart and distributed around the base 10 , and the middle plate 30 has guide holes for the guide posts 111 to pass through.
[0078] The number of the guide posts 111 can be two, three or four, etc., and the number of the guide posts 111 can be determined according to actual conditions. Optionally, the number of the guide posts 111 is four, and the four guide posts 111 are distributed at the four corners of the base 10.
[0079] The cross-sectional shape of the guide post 111 may be circular, square, triangular or the like.
[0080] Optionally, the cross-sectional shape of the guide column 111 is circular. The circular guide column 111 makes the middle plate 30 and the pressure plate more smooth during the sliding process.
[0081] However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition to the structure of the guide column 111, the guide portion 11 may also be other guide structures. For example, the guide portion 11 may also be two guide plates, which are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the base 10, and the middle plate 30 and the two guide plates are slidably matched. Of course, bolts may be processed on the top of the guide plate to facilitate locking and fixing the pressure plate 51 through the first fastener 52.
[0082] The guide portion 11 is formed of a plurality of guide posts 111 , and the middle plate 30 cooperates with the plurality of guide posts 111 . Under the joint guiding action of the plurality of guide posts 111 , the middle plate 30 can only move along the extension direction of the guide posts 111 , thereby improving the stability of the middle plate 30 during the sliding process.
[0083] According to some embodiments of the present application, the guide column 111 is loosely matched with the guide hole.
[0084] The clearance fit means that there is a gap between the outer peripheral wall of the guide column 111 and the inner wall of the guide hole, which is conducive to the smooth sliding of the middle plate 30 along the first direction X on the guide column 111.
[0085] There is a gap between the guide column 111 and the guide hole, so that the middle plate 30 can slide along the guide column 111 more smoothly, and when the middle plate 30 slides on the guide column 111, the friction between the middle plate 30 and the guide column 111 is small, which reduces the influence of friction on the test process of the battery cell 200 and improves the accuracy of the test results of the battery cell 200.
[0086] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 3The pressing plate 51 has a first mounting hole 511 for the guide column 111 to pass through, and the pressing plate 51 is sleeved on the guide column 111 through the first mounting hole 511; the first fastener 52 is threadedly connected to the guide column 111.
[0087] The first fastener 52 may be a nut, which is threadedly connected to the guide column 111 . The first fastener 52 fastens the pressure plate 51 . By adjusting the locking force of the first fastener 52 , the downward pressure of the pressure plate 51 on the air cushion 40 can be adjusted to meet the clamping requirements of the battery cell 200 .
[0088] The first mounting hole 511 is a countersunk hole, that is, a stepped hole. After the first fastener 52 is threadedly connected to the guide column 111, it limits the air cushion 40. By transmitting force to the air cushion 40, the pressure on the battery cell 200 is increased until the pressure test component 20 reaches the set force value.
[0089] The fastening force of the first fastener 52 is sequentially transmitted to the air cushion 40 and the battery cell 200 through the pressure plate 51. Similarly, due to the principle of action and reaction, the pressure applied to the battery cell 200 is transmitted to the air cushion 40 and the pressure plate 51 to form a force transmission path.
[0090] The pressing plate 51 is sleeved on the guide column 111 through the first mounting hole 511. Under the locking action of the first fastener 52, the first fastener 52 clamps and fixes the pressing plate 51, the air cushion 40, the battery cell 200, the middle plate 30 and the base 10 together to achieve the clamping and fixing of the test fixture. The pressure can be adjusted to the preload force requirement of the battery cell 200 test by adjusting the rotation amount of the first fastener 52 or adjusting the pressure value inside the air cushion 40, thereby meeting the test requirements of the battery cell 200, and the operation is convenient and fast, and the structure is simple.
[0091] According to some embodiments of this application, please refer to Figure 2 The battery test fixture 100 also includes a connecting column 60 and a second fastener 53. The connecting column 60 is arranged on the base 10 and is located between two adjacent guide columns 111. The pressure plate 51 has a second mounting hole 512 for the connecting column 60 to pass through; the second fastener 53 is threadedly connected to the connecting column 60 to fasten the pressure plate 51 between the air cushion 40 and the second fastener 53.
[0092] The number of the connecting posts 60 may be one or more. When the number of the connecting posts 60 is more than one, the connecting posts 60 are spaced apart and distributed between two adjacent guide posts 111 .
[0093] Optionally, there are two connecting posts 60, which are respectively located on opposite sides of the base 10 and between two adjacent guide posts 111. By providing two connecting posts 60, the second fastener 53 is locked with the connecting post 60, which has a better fastening and limiting effect on the pressure plate 51.
[0094] The second fastener 53 is a nut, and the second fastener 53 is threadedly connected to the end of the connecting column 60 away from the base 10 to fasten the pressing plate 51. The rotation amount of the second fastener 53 can be adjusted to adjust the pressure of the pressing plate 51 on the air cushion 40.
[0095] The second mounting hole 512 is a countersunk hole, that is, a stepped hole. After the second fastener 53 is threadedly connected to the connecting column 60, the second fastener 53 is continuously rotated, and the second fastener 53 acts on the pressure plate 51, so that the pressure plate 51 moves along the connecting column 60 and the guide column 111 toward the side close to the battery cell 200, and transmits force through the air cushion 40 to increase the pre-tightening force on the battery cell 200 until the pressure test component 20 reaches the set force value.
[0096] In order to ensure the fastening effect of the pressure plate 51 on the air cushion 40 and the middle plate 30, so that the pressure plate 51 can remain fixed when subjected to the reaction force of the air cushion 40, a connecting column 60 is provided on the base 10, and the connecting column 60 passes through the second mounting hole 512 of the pressure plate 51, and then is threadedly connected to the connecting column 60 through the second fastener 53. Under the joint fastening action of the first fastener 52 and the second fastener 53, the pressure plate 51 is locked and fixed. Compared with fixing only by the first fastener 52, the fixing effect of the pressure plate 51 is better, ensuring that the pressure plate 51 will not move along the side away from the base 10 during the test of the battery cell 200.
[0097] According to some embodiments of the present application, the middle plate 30 has a clearance hole for avoiding the connection column 60 .
[0098] The clearance hole refers to a gap opened on the middle plate 30 corresponding to the position of the connecting column 60. The gap can be used for the connecting column 60 to pass through and provide a clearance function for the connecting column 60. There is no connection relationship between the middle plate 30 and the connecting column 60.
[0099] By providing a clearance hole on the middle plate 30 to avoid the connecting column 60, there is no matching and connection relationship between the connecting column 60 and the middle plate 30, so that the middle plate 30 will not slide or contact with the connecting column 60, thereby reducing the influence of external force on the test of the battery cell 200 and improving the accuracy of the test of the battery cell 200.
[0100] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 7The battery test fixture 100 includes a base 10, a middle plate 30, a pressure test component 20, a pressure plate assembly 50 and an air cushion 40. The first fastener 52 is connected to the guide portion 11 and is used to limit the pressure plate 51 from moving along a side away from the base 10. The first fastener 52 is used to apply pressure to the battery cell 200 through the pressure plate 51. The air cushion 40 is arranged between the middle plate 30 and the pressure plate 51. The air cushion 40 has an air chamber 43 inside. The air cushion 40 has a contact surface 423 made of a flexible material for contacting the battery cell 200. The air cushion 40 includes an outer frame 41 and an air cushion body 42 . The outer frame 41 is arranged around the outer circumference of the air cushion body 42 , and the air cushion body 42 is connected to the outer frame 41 . The middle of the outer frame 41 has an opening 411 for exposing the contact surface 423 .
[0101] The battery cell 200 is an all-solid-state battery cell 200. After the pressure plate 51 is locked by the first fastener 52, the clamping and fixing of the battery test fixture is completed. Through the setting of the air cushion 40, the air pressure inside the air cushion 40 is controlled by an external air pump to be under set conditions. Due to the fluidity of air and the softness of the material of the contact surface 423 on the air cushion 40, the air cushion 40 has an isostatic effect. After assembly, even if the all-solid-state battery cell 200 expands or contracts, the flexible contact surface 423 of the air cushion 40 is easily deformed and can absorb the deformation of the battery cell 200. Compared with the conventional fixture in the prior art that maintains constant pressure through a hydraulic system, the setting of the air cushion 40 can provide an isostatic effect to the battery cell 200, so that the air pressure at any position where the battery cell 200 contacts the air cushion 40 is the same, and the deformation of the battery cell 200 is absorbed. Under such uniform and constant pressure conditions, the electrical properties of the all-solid-state battery cell 200 can be fully exerted, and the test fixture has a simple structure and a small volume, which is conducive to batch use. The outer frame 41 is arranged around the outer circumference of the air cushion body 42, providing a limiting function for the air cushion body 42 in the circumferential direction, and providing additional support and stability for the air cushion body 42. The outer frame 41 is a rigid structure, and the air cushion body 42 is a flexible structure, which is both rigid and flexible, and can not only ensure the strength requirements of the air cushion 40, but also evenly distribute the force when under pressure, ensuring that the air cushion 40 exerts a uniform and constant pressure on the battery cell.
[0102] In some embodiments, along the first direction X, the air cushion body 42 includes two sub-rubber pads 421, the two sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively located on both sides of the outer frame 41 in the first direction X, and the outer peripheral side of the sub-rubber pads 421 is bonded to the outer frame 41, and the two sub-rubber pads 421 and the outer frame 41 jointly define a closed air chamber 43, and the contact surface 423 is located on the sub-rubber pads 421. Both sides of the outer frame 41 in the first direction X are bent toward the air cushion body 42 to form a boss 412, and the sub-rubber pad 421 is provided with a step portion 422 corresponding to the position of the boss 412, and the sub-rubber pad 421 is laid on the boss 412 through the step portion 422 and bonded to the boss 412. The air cushion 40 includes an air nozzle 44, the air nozzle 44 is penetrated through the outer frame 41, one end of the air nozzle 44 extends into the air chamber 43, and one end of the air nozzle 44 is located outside the outer frame 41 to connect with the inflatable device 70. The number of the air cushions 40 is two, and the two air cushions 40 are respectively used to contact two sides of the battery cell 200 in the first direction X.
[0103] By adopting the air cushion body 42 as two sub-rubber pads 421, that is, the two side walls of the air cushion body 42 in the thickness direction are separately set, the two sub-rubber pads 421 are respectively connected to the upper and lower sides of the outer frame 41 as a whole, and the air cushion 40 with the outer frame 41 is enclosed to form a closed air chamber 43. It is only necessary to use two layers of sub-rubber pads 421 to be bonded and fixed to the inner wall of the outer frame 41 respectively, so that the air cushion 40 can be formed with the outer frame 41 together with the closed air chamber 43, which is convenient for assembly and reduces the processing difficulty of the air cushion 40. Since the battery cell 200 is an all-solid-state battery cell 200, the fastening force it bears is relatively large when conducting electrical performance testing, and the conventional flexible airbag structure cannot meet the pressure requirements of the solid-state battery cell 200. Therefore, by adopting the air cushion 40 as a split structure, after the sub-rubber pad 421 is squeezed and deformed by the battery cell 200, the outer frame 41 provides a restraining force to the circumferential side of the air cushion 40, and the outer frame 41 itself has a large strength and can withstand the stress in the circumferential direction of the air cushion 40. Moreover, under the circumferential constraint of the outer frame 41, since the upper and lower layers of the sub-rubber pads 421 are not connected as a whole, the thickness of the sub-rubber pad 421 can be increased to meet the pressure requirement of the battery cell 200 when the overall thickness of the air cushion 40 is relatively thin. The sub-rubber pad 421 can only deform along the first direction X, and can better absorb the deformation of the battery cell 200 in the first direction X. By forming a boss 412 on the outer frame 41 and correspondingly providing a step portion 422 on the edge of the sub-rubber pad 421, the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41 are bonded and fixed after being laid, so that the bonding area at the connection between the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41 is larger, thereby improving the bonding strength and bonding stability of the sub-rubber pad 421 and the outer frame 41. The boss 412 is engaged with the step 422, and the boss 412 has a certain limit function for the rubber pad 421, which can effectively reduce the risk of the air cushion body 42 escaping from the outer frame 41, and improve the overall stability of the air cushion 40. The inflator 70 can pressurize the air cushion 40 through the air nozzle 44 to maintain a constant pressure inside the air cushion 40.
[0104] In some embodiments, the guide portion 11 includes a plurality of guide posts 111, which are spaced and distributed around the base 10, and the middle plate 30 has a guide hole for the guide post 111 to pass through. The guide post 111 is loosely matched with the guide hole, and the pressing plate 51 has a first mounting hole 511 for the guide post 111 to pass through, and the pressing plate 51 is sleeved on the guide post 111 through the first mounting hole 511; the battery test fixture also includes a first fastener 52, which is threadedly connected to the guide post 111 to fasten the pressing plate 51 between the air cushion 40 and the first fastener 52. The battery test fixture also includes a connecting post 60 and a second fastener 53, which is disposed on the base 10 and located between two adjacent guide posts 111, and the pressing plate 51 has a second mounting hole 512 for the connecting post 60 to pass through; the second fastener 53 is threadedly connected to the connecting post 60 to fasten the pressing plate 51 between the air cushion 40 and the second fastener 53. The middle plate 30 has a clearance hole for accommodating the connecting column 60 .
[0105] The guide part 11 is made of a plurality of guide posts 111, and the middle plate 30 cooperates with the plurality of guide posts 111. Under the common guiding action of the plurality of guide posts 111, the middle plate 30 can only move along the extension direction of the guide posts 111, thereby improving the stability of the sliding process of the middle plate 30. The middle plate 30 can slide relatively smoothly along the guide posts 111, and when the middle plate 30 slides on the guide posts 111, the friction force between the middle plate 30 and the guide posts 111 is small, thereby reducing the influence of the friction force on the test process of the battery cell 200 and improving the accuracy of the test results of the battery cell 200. The pressing plate 51 is sleeved on the guide posts 111 through the first mounting hole 511. Under the locking action of the first fastener 52, the first fastener 52 clamps and fixes the pressing plate 51, the air cushion 40, the battery cell 200, the middle plate 30 and the base 10 together, thereby realizing the clamping and fixing of the test fixture. A connecting column 60 is provided on the base 10, and the connecting column 60 passes through the second mounting hole 512 of the pressing plate 51, and then is threadedly connected to the connecting column 60 through the second fastener 53. Under the joint fastening action of the first fastener 52 and the second fastener 53, the pressing plate 51 is locked and fixed. Compared with fixing only by the first fastener 52, the fixing effect of the pressing plate 51 is better, ensuring that the pressing plate 51 will not move along the side away from the base 10 during the test of the battery cell 200.
