AI Technical Summary
In existing technologies, due to the limited size of the two holes on many garments, when the clothesline passes through the holes of the clothesline tool and is folded in half, the cross-sectional area increases, making it difficult for the clothesline to pass smoothly through the holes, thus affecting production efficiency.
A rope-threading tool was designed, including a protective sleeve and a rope-threading needle. The protective sleeve is connected to the rope-threading needle and is used to loop one end of the rope. The cross-sectional area of the protective sleeve is smaller than the area of the eyelet of the garment. Through the cooperation of the protective sleeve and the rope-threading needle, the rope-threading needle can be inserted into and out of the eyelet of the garment.
This technology allows the clothesline to be easily threaded through and out of the eyelets of clothing, avoiding damage to the clothesline from threading tools and improving production efficiency.
