Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application belongs to the field of lighting equipment technology, and in particular relates to a lamp. Background Technology
[0002] Currently, surface-mount lighting fixtures installed on ceiling surfaces typically employ two sets of mounting structures, each with a completely different structural form. During installation, one set of structures must be connected first, followed by the other set, to assemble the fixture onto the ceiling. Disassembly requires disconnecting one set of structures before disconnecting the other. Clearly, both installation and disassembly are time-consuming and labor-intensive. Furthermore, because the two sets of structures are fundamentally different, they require separate molds for manufacturing, resulting in a higher overall cost for the lighting fixture. Utility Model Content
[0003] The purpose of this application is to provide a lighting fixture that addresses the problems of high overall cost and time-consuming and labor-intensive installation or dismantling of lighting fixtures in the related art.

[0039] like Figures 1 to 6 As shown, the lamp provided in the embodiments of this application includes a light source device 10 and at least two mounting structures 20. The light source device 10 has a light-emitting side 11 for emitting light and a back side 12 opposite to the light-emitting side 11. The mounting structure 20 includes first mounting members 21 and second mounting members 22. At least two first mounting members 21 are fixedly mounted at intervals on a fixed mounting surface 100, and at least two second mounting members 22 are connected to the back side 12. The first mounting members 21 and the second mounting members 22 are detachably connected in a one-to-one correspondence. Wherein, as... Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the first mounting component 21 includes an integrally formed first connecting plate 211 and a second connecting plate 212, as... Figure 9As shown, when the first connecting plate 211 is fixedly installed on the fixed mounting surface 100, the second connecting plate 212 has a gap 213 between it and the fixed mounting surface 100. The second mounting component 22 includes an integrally formed third connecting plate 221 and a fourth connecting plate 222, with the third connecting plate 221 connected to the back side 12. When the light source device 10 is installed onto the fixed mounting surface 100 via the mounting structure 20, all the fourth connecting plates 222 are simultaneously inserted into the gap 213. When it is necessary to remove the light source device 10 from the fixed mounting surface 100, simply lift the light source device 10 and move the fourth connecting plates 222 of the second mounting component 22 out of the gap 213 between the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting component 21 and the fixed mounting surface 100.
[0040] The luminaire of this application employs at least two identical mounting structures 20 to mount the light source device 10 to a fixed mounting surface 100 (the fixed mounting surface 100 can be an indoor ceiling, a hall ceiling, or a flat ceiling). The light source device 10 emits light from the light-emitting side 11. The mounting structure 20 used in this luminaire includes a first mounting member 21 and a second mounting member 22, which are detachably connected. When the luminaire is installed onto the fixed mounting surface 100, at least two first mounting members 21 are fixedly installed at intervals on the fixed mounting surface 100, and at least two second mounting members 22 are connected to the back side 12 of the light source device 10. Each first mounting member 21 includes an integrally formed first connecting plate 211 and a second connecting plate 212, and each second mounting member 22 includes an integrally formed third connecting plate 221 and a fourth connecting plate 222. The first connecting plate 211 is fixedly installed on the fixed mounting surface 100, creating a gap 213 between the second connecting plate 212 and the fixed mounting surface 100. The third connecting plate 221 is connected to the back side 12 of the light source device 10, and all fourth connecting plates 222 are simultaneously inserted into the gap 213. Thus, under the weight of the light source device 10, the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting member 21 supports the fourth connecting plate 222 of the second mounting member 22, thereby stably installing the light source device 10 on the fixed mounting surface 100. Compared to related technologies, the lighting fixture of this application employs at least two identical mounting structures 20. Furthermore, the integrally formed first mounting component 21 and second mounting component 22 require only one set of molds for manufacturing, thereby reducing the overall cost of the lighting fixture. During installation, all fourth connecting plates 222 of the second mounting components 22 are simultaneously inserted into the gap 213 between the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting component 21 and the fixed mounting surface 100, allowing the light source device 10 to be stably installed on the fixed mounting surface 100, making installation quick and convenient. When disassembly is required, simply lift the light source device 10 and move the fourth connecting plates 222 of the second mounting components 22 out of the gap 213 between the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting component 21 and the fixed mounting surface 100, allowing the light source device 10 to be quickly removed from the fixed mounting surface 100.
[0041] In some embodiments of this application, the surface of the second connecting plate 212 is inclined relative to the vertical direction, and along the vertical direction, the side of the second connecting plate 212 that allows the fourth connecting plate 222 to enter the gap 213 is higher than the other side. Furthermore, the surface of the fourth connecting plate 222 is inclined to match the surface of the second connecting plate 212. In this case, the third connecting plate 221 and the fourth connecting plate 222 form a hook-like attachment. Thus, when the fourth connecting plate 222 is inserted into the gap 213, under the weight of the light source device 10, the fourth connecting plate 222 hooks onto the second connecting plate 212, thereby stably mounting the light source device 10 onto the fixed mounting surface 100.
[0042] In the lighting fixtures of the embodiments of this application, such as Figures 2 to 4 , Figure 6 As shown, at least one second connecting plate 212 of a first mounting member 21 extends towards the second connecting plates 212 of the remaining first mounting members 21, and at least one fourth connecting plate 222 of a second mounting member 22 extends away from the fourth connecting plates 222 of the remaining second mounting members 22. The fourth connecting plates 222 are inserted into the gaps 213 one-to-one along a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the second connecting plates 212. Furthermore, as... Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the first mounting component 21 also includes a limiting plate 214, which is connected to the second connecting plate 212, and the surface of the limiting plate 214 is parallel to the extending direction of the second connecting plate 212. The limiting plate 214 is used to limit the disengagement gap 213 of the fourth connecting plate 222.
[0043] In some embodiments of this application, the first mounting member 21 has only one limiting plate 214, which is located on one side of the second connecting plate 212 perpendicular to its extending direction. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the surface of the second connecting plate 212 and the surface of the limiting plate 214 are set at an acute angle, that is, the surface of the second connecting plate 212 is inclined relative to the vertical direction. Correspondingly, the surface of the fourth connecting plate 222 is inclined to match the surface of the second connecting plate 212. In each of the mounting structures 20 in this embodiment, the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting member 21 and the fourth connecting plate 222 of the second mounting member 22 extend towards each other, and the insertion direction of the fourth connecting plate 222 into the gap 213 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the second connecting plate 212. Therefore, when the fourth connecting plate 222 is inserted into the gap 213, under the gravity of the light source device 10, one side of the fourth connecting plate 222 will abut against the limiting plate 214, thereby preventing the fourth connecting plate 222 from falling out of the gap 213. Furthermore, since the second connecting plate 212 and the fourth connecting plate 222 are inclined relative to the vertical direction, under the gravity of the light source device 10, the fourth connecting plate 222 is stably supported by the second connecting plate 212. That is, the limiting plate 214 and the inclined second connecting plate 212 cooperate to restrict the fourth connecting plate 222, making it difficult for the fourth connecting plate 222 to fall out of the gap 213.
[0044] In other embodiments of this application, the first mounting member 21 is provided with two opposing limiting plates 214, which are respectively located on both sides of the second connecting plate 212 perpendicular to its extending direction. In this embodiment, both the surface of the second connecting plate 212 and the surface of the fourth connecting plate 222 are horizontal, and the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting member 21 and the fourth connecting plate 222 of the second mounting member 22 extend towards each other, with the insertion direction of the fourth connecting plate 222 into the gap 213 perpendicular to the extending direction of the second connecting plate 212. Thus, when the fourth connecting plate 222 is inserted into the gap 213 and supported by the second connecting plate 212 under the gravity of the light source device 10, the fourth connecting plate 222 is located between the two limiting plates 214, that is, the two limiting plates 214 cooperate to restrict the fourth connecting plate 222, making it difficult for it to fall out of the gap 213. In this embodiment, since both the surface of the second connecting plate 212 and the surface of the fourth connecting plate 222 are horizontal, the distance between the back side 12 of the light source device 10 and the fixed mounting surface 100 can be reduced, so that the back side 12 of the light source device 10 is closer to the fixed mounting surface 100, thereby improving the installation quality of the lamp on the fixed mounting surface 100.
[0045] In the lighting fixtures of the embodiments of this application, such as Figures 2 to 4 , Figure 6 and Figure 10 As shown, the mounting structure 20 also includes a safety latch 23, which is installed in the sliding hole 216 of the first connecting plate 211. The safety latch 23 is slidable in a direction parallel to the extending direction of the second connecting plate 212 and extends to the second connecting plate 212. When the fourth connecting plate 222 is inserted into the gap 213, the safety latch 23 is used to cooperate with the limiting plate 214 to prevent the fourth connecting plate 222 from disengaging from the gap 213. In this embodiment, both the surface of the second connecting plate 212 and the surface of the fourth connecting plate 222 are horizontal, which can reduce the distance between the back side 12 of the light source device 10 and the fixed mounting surface 100, so that the back side 12 of the light source device 10 is closer to the fixed mounting surface 100, thereby improving the installation quality of the lamp on the fixed mounting surface 100. Furthermore, the second connecting plate 212 of the first mounting member 21 and the fourth connecting plate 222 of the second mounting member 22 extend towards each other, and the insertion direction of the fourth connecting plate 222 into the gap 213 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the second connecting plate 212. The side of the second connecting plate 212 corresponding to the safety latch 23 is the entrance position for the fourth connecting plate 222 into the gap 213. When the fourth connecting plate 222 is inserted into the gap 213, the safety latch 23 is pulled out to avoid the fourth connecting plate 222 and allow it to be smoothly inserted into the gap 213; when the fourth connecting plate 222 is inserted into the gap 213 and is supported by the second connecting plate 212 under the gravity of the light source device 10, the fourth connecting plate 222 is located between the limiting plate 214 and the safety latch 23, that is, the limiting plate 214 and the safety latch 23 cooperate to restrict the fourth connecting plate 222, making it difficult for it to fall out of the gap 213.
[0046] like Figures 2 to 4 , Figure 6 and Figure 10 As shown, the mounting structure 20 of the lamp also includes a limiting pin 24, which is connected to the safety latch 23. Specifically, the limiting pin 24 is interference-fitted into the pin hole 231 of the safety latch 23. The limiting pin 24 is used to prevent the safety latch 23 from disengaging from the first connecting plate 211. Thus, by limiting the safety latch 23 to the first connecting plate 211 via the limiting pin 24, even if the safety latch 23 slides relative to the first connecting plate 211, the safety latch 23 will not disengage from the first connecting plate 211.
[0047] To prevent the light source device 10 from falling during installation or removal, and to prevent it from falling due to external force during lighting use, such as Figures 2 to 4 As shown, the mounting structure 20 of the lamp in this embodiment of the application also includes a safety rope 25, and both ends of the safety rope 25 are provided with clips 251. Figure 3 and Figure 8As shown, the first connecting plate 211 is provided with a first locking hole 215. (As indicated...) Figure 3 and Figure 9 As shown, the third connecting plate 221 is provided with a second locking hole 223. Two locking heads 251 are respectively locked into the first locking hole 215 and the second locking hole 223. When installing the light source device 10 onto the fixed mounting surface 100, the locking heads 251 at both ends of the safety rope 25 are first locked into the first locking hole 215 and the second locking hole 223 respectively. At this time, even if the light source device 10 is released, the light source device 10 will fall under its own weight and tighten the safety rope 25, so that the light source device 10 is suspended from the first mounting part 21 by the safety rope 25, preventing the light source device 10 from falling and injuring people. Furthermore, during the lighting process, even if the light source device 10 is subjected to external force and causes the fourth connecting plate 222 to come out of the gap 213, the light source device 10 will be pulled by the safety rope 25 and will not fall directly, preventing the light source device 10 from falling and injuring people, and improving the safety of the lamp.
[0048] like Figure 4 and Figure 6 As shown, the second connecting plate 212 is provided with a first spring piece 217, which covers the first locking hole 215. The first spring piece 217 and the second connecting plate 212 clamp the locking head 251 passing through the first locking hole 215. One of the locking heads 251 passes through the larger opening end of the first locking hole 215 and pushes open the first spring piece 217. Then, the locking head 251 slides along the first locking hole 215 to the smaller opening end. This makes the locking head 251 locked in the first locking hole 215 subject to the elastic compression of the first spring piece 217, so that the locking head 251 will not easily fall out of the first locking hole 215, ensuring that the locking head 251 is stably locked in the first locking hole 215. Furthermore, the third connecting plate 221 is provided with a second spring piece 224 on the side facing the light-emitting side 11. The second spring piece 224 covers the second locking hole 223, and the second spring piece 224 and the third connecting plate 221 clamp the locking head 251 passing through the second locking hole 223. One of the clips 251 passes through the larger opening end of the second clip hole 223 and pushes open the second spring piece 224. Then, the clip 251 slides along the second clip hole 223 to the smaller opening end. This makes the clip 251, which is engaged in the second clip hole 223, subject to the elastic compression of the second spring piece 224, so that the clip 251 will not easily come out of the second clip hole 223, ensuring that the clip 251 is stably engaged in the second clip hole 223.
[0049] like Figures 1 to 6As shown, the light source device 10 of the lamp includes a lamp frame 110 and a light source assembly 120. The lamp frame 110 has a receiving space 111 and a light-emitting window 112 communicating with the receiving space 111. The light source assembly 120 is connected to the lamp frame 110 and located within the receiving space 111. A third connecting plate 221 is connected to the side of the lamp frame 110 away from the light-emitting window 112. Furthermore, a driver 210 and a controller 220, which are electrically connected to the light source assembly 120, are also located within the receiving space 111. The driver 210 is electrically connected to the controller 220. The driver 210 is used to drive the LED light source 122 of the light source assembly 120, and the controller 220 is used to control and adjust the light emission mode, color temperature, etc. of the LED light source 122. When the lamp is installed on the fixed mounting surface 100, the lamp frame 110 can almost cover the light source assembly 120, the mounting structure 20, the driver 210, the controller 220, and the cables used for electrical connection, thereby making the appearance of the lamp simpler and more aesthetically pleasing.
[0050] In the lighting fixtures of the embodiments of this application, such as Figure 4 and Figure 6 As shown, a mounting rib 113 is provided on the inner side of the circumferential edge region of the light-emitting window 112. The light source assembly 120 includes a housing 121 and an LED light source 122. The LED light source 122 is installed inside the housing 121, and the circumferential edge region of the housing 121 is fixedly connected to the mounting rib 113 by multiple screws, so that the lamp frame 110 and the light source assembly 120 are assembled as an integral module.
[0051] And, as Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 6 As shown, the side of the lamp frame 110 of the light source device 10 away from the light-emitting window 112 is the back side 12. The back side 12 has an opening 114. The light source assembly 120 is placed into the receiving space 111 through the opening 114 and then locked onto the mounting rib 113 by multiple screws. Figure 3 As shown, the edge of the opening 114 is provided with a flange 115. The two ends of the third connecting plate 221 are respectively fixedly connected to the corresponding flange 115 by screws. The third connecting plate 221 is located in the receiving space 111, and the fourth connecting plate 222 extends out of the receiving space 111, so that the flange 115 will not interfere with the fourth connecting plate 222, and the fourth connecting plate 222 can be smoothly inserted into the gap 213.
