Abstract

This utility model provides a dust-free pulverizer, relating to the field of material pulverization technology. It includes: a main unit, with support feet fixedly connected to each of the four corners of the main unit's bottom; a control terminal fixedly connected to one side of the main unit; a motor plate fixedly connected to the bottom of the main unit's inner cavity; and a motor fixedly connected to one side of the motor plate. In this utility model, pressing the lever places the support rod inside the placement slot. Two locking slots (secondary and tertiary) are embedded inside locking slot (primary). Under the action of spring force, locking slots one and two are locked together. This design eliminates the need for manual support of the pulverizing cylinder during operation, preventing it from detaching. When cleaning the pulverizing blades is required, the pulverizing cylinder is removed from the inside of the hexagonal sleeve. The knob bolt is rotated and removed, and the insert rod can be removed by reaching into the inner cavity of the pulverizing cylinder, pinching the clamping plate, and pulling upwards. This design facilitates cleaning of the pulverizing blades and improves the practicality of this dust-free pulverizer.
