A cutting device for honeycomb sandwich specimens

Abstract

The application provides a cutting device for a honeycomb sandwich sample, comprising a support frame, a workbench arranged on the support frame and used for placing the honeycomb sandwich sample, a fine slit penetrating through the workbench arranged on the workbench, a positioning and clamping assembly, a support piece with a bottom end fixedly connected with the workbench and a top end located above the workbench, a pressing plate used for clamping the honeycomb sandwich sample on the workbench, a rotary fixing piece penetrating through the top end of the support piece and used for fixing the honeycomb sandwich sample on the workbench by the pressing plate, a vertical cutting assembly used for cutting the honeycomb sandwich sample along the fine slit, and a longitudinal moving assembly arranged between the support frame and the workbench and used for driving the workbench to move linearly along the extension direction of the fine slit. The cutting and positioning and clamping assembly can reduce vibration in the sample cutting process, ensure that the cutting edge of the honeycomb sandwich sample is regular, the core layer of the honeycomb structure sample is not damaged, and the structure defects such as layering or deformation are avoided.
