Abstract

This utility model relates to the technical field of material handling, and in particular to a transfer trolley for hoisting materials, comprising: a trolley body, an axle, wheels, and a power unit. The power unit is installed in a cavity inside the trolley body and is connected to the axle for transmission, thereby driving the axle to rotate, which in turn drives the wheels to rotate. Inductive switches are also installed at both ends of the trolley body, and these switches are electrically connected to the power unit. When the trolley body moves to a preset position under the drive of the power unit, the inductive switches sense the preset position and send a corresponding sensing signal, causing the power unit to stop driving the trolley body to move. In summary, the transfer trolley can transport heavier materials and transport them in batches via pods. Precise stopping and automated control are achieved through inductive switches, and the dovetail base is compatible with existing standards, allowing for quick installation of pods, thus improving transport capacity, automation level, and flexibility.
