Flue gas heater anti-ammonium bisulfate blocking device

Abstract

A device for preventing ammonium bisulfate blockage in a flue gas heater, relating to the field of flue gas heater technology, includes a housing. Inside the housing, from front to back, are arranged a first gradient heating area, a second gradient heating area, and a third gradient heating area. Multiple heat exchange tubes are arranged in a rectangular array within each of the three heating areas, and these tubes are connected by connecting pipes. A controller is installed at the top of the housing to heat the heat exchange tubes in different areas. An ultrasonic vibration mechanism is provided at the bottom of the housing, and a base is located below the housing. Shock-absorbing mechanisms are installed at the four corners between the base and the housing. This solution solves the problem of blockage caused by solidified ammonium bisulfate adhering to the surface of the flue gas heater.
