Loading and unloading machine and storage system

Abstract

This application provides a loading / unloading machine and a warehousing system. The loading / unloading machine includes a conveyor chain, multiple lifting fork assemblies, and multiple stops fixed to the conveyor chain. The conveyor chain reciprocates vertically, and the width of the multiple stops increases sequentially in the downward direction of the conveyor chain. The lifting fork assembly includes a stop portion with through holes, and the width of the multiple through holes increases sequentially in the downward direction of the conveyor chain. When the conveyor chain moves in a first direction, it carries the multiple stops towards the lifting fork assembly. When a stop moves to a position where the width of the through hole is greater than its own width, the stop passes through the through hole; when a stop moves to a position where the width of the through hole is less than its own width, the stop abuts against the stop portion, so that the stop can carry the lifting fork assembly upward. Through the abutment between the stop and the stop portion, the conveyor chain carries the multiple lifting fork assemblies up and down. The overall structure of the loading / unloading machine is simple and the cost is low.
