Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of metal 3D printers, and discloses a pressure-controllable metal printer, which comprises a forming mechanism, a driving mechanism and a pressure control mechanism. The forming mechanism comprises a cylinder body and a printing component movably attached to the inner wall. The driving mechanism penetrates through the cylinder body to drive the printing component to ascend and descend. The pressure control mechanism is composed of an air pressure control bin and a pneumatic sealing ring. A cavity is formed between the air pressure control bin and the cylinder body, and pressure balance is implemented. The application forms a cavity through the air pressure control bin and the pneumatic sealing ring and dynamically balances pressure, solves the problems of uneven pressure and fluctuation caused by the traditional air pipe common pressure method, has the advantages of improving the timeliness and control accuracy of pressure balance adjustment, reducing pressure fluctuation in the printing process and improving the forming quality.
