Side rods are fixedly installed on both sides of the bottom rod, contacting the side wall of the stirring tank. A motor is fixedly installed above the stirring tank, and the rotating shaft is connected to the motor drive end. A feed hopper is provided above the stirring tank, and a discharge pipe is connected to one side of the bottom of the stirring tank.
