Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of battery pack cooling technology and provides a cooling structure and a battery pack. The cooling structure of this utility model includes a first heat exchange section connected to a battery module, a second heat exchange section connected to a BDU assembly, and a flow regulating device. The first heat exchange section has a first flow channel through which refrigerant flows, enabling heat exchange between the refrigerant and the battery module. The second heat exchange section has a second flow channel connected in parallel with at least a portion of the first flow channel. The flow regulating device is located upstream of the inlet of the second flow channel to open or close the inlet. When the flow regulating device opens the inlet, the refrigerant can flow through the second flow channel and exchange heat with the BDU assembly through the second heat exchange section. The flow regulating device in the cooling structure of this utility model prevents high-temperature refrigerant from entering the second flow channel, thus preventing the BDU assembly from being heated and promoting stable operation of the BDU assembly.
