Abstract

This disclosure provides a coffee preparation apparatus. The coffee preparation apparatus includes: a brewing chamber (110); a liquid supply device (150); a coffee pot (120) placed below the brewing chamber (110) to receive coffee liquid from the brewing chamber (110), and having a closable through-hole device (122) at its lower part; a dual-channel connection device (140) inserted into the through-hole device (122) to provide a channel for liquid to flow out or into the coffee pot (120); and a cooling circuit (130) connected via the dual-channel connection device. (140) is connected to the coffee pot (120) and includes a cooling device (132) and a first water pump (138); and a control device (300) that, in cold coffee mode, turns on the first water pump (138) to circulate coffee liquid from the coffee pot (120) into the cooling circuit (130) via the dual-channel connection device (140), and after being cooled by the cooling device (132), flows back to the coffee pot (120) via the dual-channel connection device (140).
