Abstract

This utility model relates to a punching die structure for automotive door panels, including a fixed base, multiple lifting support devices mounted on top of the fixed base, a mounting frame mounted on top of the fixed base, and a telescopic hydraulic cylinder located at the bottom of the mounting frame. A mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, and multiple punches are inserted into the mounting plate. The telescopic hydraulic cylinder drives the mounting plate to move up and down relative to the base. A concave template is fixedly mounted on the top of each lifting support device. A linear drive slide rail is provided at the bottom of the mounting frame and is fixedly mounted on top of the fixed base. The lifting support devices can better conform to the shape of the door panel, fixing and restricting the door panel to the fixed base. The telescopic hydraulic cylinder on the mounting frame drives the punches to punch downwards, enabling punching of holes at any position on door panels of various specifications. This greatly facilitates manufacturing, eliminating the need to set up separate stamping dies for each door panel model and reducing production costs.
