Abstract

This utility model discloses a deep bolt hole processing device for exhaust pipes, including a processing base. A collection box is provided on the front of the processing base, and two nuts are symmetrically embedded in the back of the processing base. A recycling component is detachably installed on the back of the processing base via the nuts. Two hydraulic lifting rods are symmetrically and detachably installed on one side of the top of the processing base. An L-shaped connecting plate is fixedly connected to the top of the hydraulic lifting rods, and a first bearing is embedded in one side of the top of the L-shaped connecting plate. In this solution, by setting up the collection box and recycling component, after the exhaust pipe is processed, the two sets of first hydraulic telescopic rods inside the recycling component are simultaneously activated, causing the recycling frame to move. Because the lower surface of the recycling frame is in contact with the upper surface of the processing base, the generated debris can be pushed into the collection box for collection while the recycling frame moves, thus preventing debris accumulation.
