A cylindrical battery cell code scanning device and a cylindrical battery cell network scanning code equipment

Abstract

The application discloses a cylindrical battery code scanning device and a networked code scanning equipment. The code scanning equipment is provided with the code scanning device. The code scanning device comprises a first code scanning unit for scanning a two-dimensional code on the side wall of the cylindrical battery, and a fixed-distance conveying unit. The fixed-distance conveying unit comprises a base, a transmission shaft, a baffle and a driving part. The top of the base is provided with a transmission plane. The transmission shaft and the baffle are arranged above the transmission plane. A first channel for the circular carrier to pass through is formed between the transmission shaft and the baffle for carrying the cylindrical battery. A spiral groove is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the transmission shaft. The driving part drives the transmission shaft to rotate. The transmission shaft generates an axial thrust to move the circular carrier forward in the first channel. The equipment can realize the code scanning work of the cylindrical battery at any angle and the code scanning work of the carrier. The distance between the front and rear cylindrical batteries is controlled through the fixed-distance conveying mechanism, so that the code scanning area of the cylindrical battery is not blocked, and each cylindrical battery can be successfully scanned.
