Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of magnetizer technology and provides a magnetizer for rapid unloading, comprising: a support box, with a mounting frame fixedly connected to the top of the support box and support legs fixedly connected to the four corners of the bottom of the support box; a magnetizing table, fixedly installed on the top of the support box, with an electromagnetic coil installed inside the magnetizing table, and a discharger fixedly installed on the side of the support box and electrically connected to the electromagnetic coil; a replaceable magnetizing box, which is snapped into the magnetizing table; an ejector column, which is slidably connected inside the magnetizing table; and a lifting mechanism, which is drivenly connected to the magnetizing table. In this utility model, during the magnetization process, the magnetizing box replaces the magnetizing cavity for placing the magnet blocks. The magnetizing box has no attraction force on the magnet blocks, and with the cooperation of the lifting mechanism, the magnetizing box can be ejected, facilitating the removal of all magnet blocks as a whole and making unloading easier. This eliminates the need for operators to repeatedly handle the magnet blocks, resulting in high overall efficiency.
