Abstract

A positioning device for installing a high-voltage frequency converter includes a frequency converter cabinet, multiple sets of reinforcing crossbeams disposed on the inner side of the frequency converter cabinet, and a detachable positioning device disposed inside the frequency converter cabinet. The positioning device includes a suspension rod, a sliding groove, and a moving device. The moving device includes an L-shaped plate and a first moving wheel. A right-angle plate is also provided at the bottom of one side of the L-shaped plate. Two single plates of the right-angle plate have hollow mounting grooves. A limit rod is provided inside the mounting groove. A rotating base is fitted on the surface of the limit rod near the right-angle end of the right-angle plate. A drive shaft is rotatably mounted on the surface of the rotating base. A second moving wheel is mounted in the middle of the drive shaft. The second moving wheel cooperates with the side edge of the reinforcing crossbeam. This utility model, by providing a movable positioning device on the upper surface of the reinforcing crossbeam on the side of the frequency converter cabinet, enables the high-voltage frequency converter to move arbitrarily, thereby assisting in positioning during the installation of the high-voltage frequency converter.
