This utility model discloses a self-sealing gate valve, comprising: a valve body including a medium passage having an inlet and an outlet; a gate, the top of which is connected to a valve stem, wherein an annular receiving groove is formed in the valve body with the medium passage axis as the center, and a first opening and a second opening are respectively formed at the top and bottom of the receiving groove, the gate being disposed in the first opening and the second opening, and the gate being able to block or open the medium passage by means of the valve stem, the receiving groove being divided by the gate to form a first part near the inlet and a second part near the outlet; a sealing structure having a first sealing component and a second sealing component respectively disposed in the first part and the second sealing component respectively disposed in the second part, the first sealing component being used to press against the first surface of the gate, and the second sealing component being used to press against the second surface of the gate; this utility model can solve the problem of medium leakage caused by the gap between the gate and the valve body of traditional gate valves after long-term use.
