Multifunctional preparation device for fern powder

Abstract

The application discloses a multifunctional preparation device for fern powder, which comprises a bottom plate, main supporting legs, a smashing box, a first drying box, a second drying box, a hot air supply mechanism and a collecting box. A second drying box, a smashing box, a first drying box and a feeding hopper are sequentially arranged on one side of the upper surface of the bottom plate from bottom to top, and adjacent components are connected through valves; the other side is provided with a hot air supply mechanism, and the output end of the hot air supply mechanism respectively supplies hot air to the two drying boxes through a three-way valve. The collecting box is divided into first and second collecting grooves by a partition plate, and the filtering groove cooperates with the filtering hole to realize particle size screening. The device integrates the functions of smashing, drying and screening, combines hot air circulation and a multi-stage smashing structure, significantly improves production efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and ensures that the particle size of the fern powder is uniform and the dryness meets the standard.
