Abstract

The novel relates to a hard alloy degreasing furnace, belongs to alloy degreasing field, and includes a rack, the upper surface of the rack is equipped with a degreasing mechanism for improving degreasing efficiency, and the upper surface of the degreasing mechanism is equipped with a treatment mechanism for treating waste gas generated by degreasing. The hard alloy degreasing furnace, the degreasing mechanism improves heat efficiency through the furnace body shell and the heat preservation layer, reduces energy consumption, the furnace body inner container cooperates with the electric heating tube and can uniformly heat, guarantees that materials are uniformly heated in the degreasing process, avoids that local overheating leads to material damage, simultaneously, the net board can make the material stable, and facilitates the loading and unloading of materials and the conduction of heat, the cooperation of the vacuum pump and the vacuum pipe creates a vacuum environment which is favorable to degreasing, and is helpful to improve the degreasing efficiency and quality, in addition, the gas supply assembly can uniformly transport the degreasing atmosphere, thereby improving the degreasing efficiency, guaranteeing the degreasing quality, and also considering the energy saving and the convenience of operation.
