Abstract

The application relates to an industrial burner, which comprises a regulating device and a burner body; the regulating device comprises a motor, a first force arm, a first connecting rod, a regulating connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a second force arm and a rotating shaft, one end of the first force arm is connected with the output end of the motor, the other end is connected with the first connecting rod, the middle part of the regulating connecting rod is provided with a pivot, the regulating connecting rod is rotatably arranged on the burner body through the pivot, one end of the regulating connecting rod is rotatably connected with the first connecting rod, the other end is rotatably connected with the second connecting rod, one end of the second force arm is connected with the rotating shaft, the other end is rotatably connected with the second connecting rod, a wind box is arranged on the burner body, a damper plate is arranged on the wind box, the rotating shaft is connected with the damper plate, and the damper plate is used for regulating the air inlet amount. The application realizes high regulation ratio through a multistage connecting rod transmission structure.
