A kind of unloading device of injection pen assembly equipment, including manipulator, variable distance module, OK material clamp hand cylinder, NG material clamp hand cylinder, unlocking mechanism, storage box, the variable distance module is arranged in the free end of the manipulator, at least one OK material clamp hand cylinder, one NG material clamp hand cylinder are provided on the variable distance module, unlocking mechanism is arranged on the opposite sides of assembly fixture displacement path;When needing unloading, unlocking mechanism acts on the holding mechanism on the assembly fixture and makes it loose, when there is NG material, first, NG material is taken down and placed to the NG material area of storage box by manipulator with NG material clamp hand cylinder, then, OK material is taken down and placed to the OK material area of storage box by manipulator with OK material clamp hand cylinder, when all are OK material, OK material is taken down and placed to the OK material area of storage box by manipulator with OK material clamp hand cylinder.The realization injection pen automatic unloading and OK material and NG material area distinguish placement, improve production efficiency.
