Self-deploying anode baking furnace repair box

Abstract

The self-expanding anode baking furnace repair box provided by the application relates to the technical field of carbon production. The repair box comprises two first side plates, second side plates are arranged at the two ends of the first side plates between the two first side plates, and a bottom plate is arranged between the two first side plates. The second side plate comprises two side plate bodies that are hingedly connected to each other, and the outer sides of the side plate bodies are hingedly connected to the first side plates. The bottom plate comprises a first bottom plate body and a second bottom plate body that are hingedly connected to each other, and the outer sides of the first bottom plate body and the second bottom plate body are hingedly connected to the first side plates. A plurality of supporting rods are arranged in a main box body formed by the first side plates, the second side plates and the bottom plate, one end of each supporting rod is rotationally connected to one first side plate, and a supporting seat is arranged on the other first side plate; when the free end of the supporting rod abuts against the supporting seat, the supporting rod is in a horizontal or downwardly inclined state. When the repair box faces a severely deformed furnace wall, the repair box can smoothly enter the bottom of the furnace chamber through the opening in the upper part of the furnace chamber.
