Abstract

1. Name of the product in this design: Server Automatic Layer Finding and Conversion Vehicle. 2. Purpose of this design: It is used for the transfer and handling of servers from the production line to the carrier, or from carrier to carrier. Through servo positioning PLC control and touch screen sending corresponding height position signals, the bullseye platform supporting the server can automatically and slowly rise and fall to the corresponding position, thereby realizing automatic layer finding. Through manual pushing and pulling, the server can be pushed in and pulled out from different carriers or cabinets. 3. The key design feature of this product is its shape. 4.
