Purpose of this design: For use in fitness venues, specifically for isolated strength and endurance training of the quadriceps muscles on the front of the user's thigh. Users can sit and lift the counterweight bar upwards with the front of their lower legs, using the resistance provided by the counterweight to extend their knee joint, thereby exercising and strengthening the target muscle groups. 3.
