Chemical compounds and their uses

Abstract

This document describes chemical compounds of Formula (I): (I) that induce selective cell death in tumor cells with microsatellite instability (MSI) and are therefore useful in the treatment of cancers, including cancers characterized by MSI and / or defective DNA mismatch repair (dMMR) systems. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, methods for using these compounds, and methods for preparing them are also described.
