Abstract
The present invention relates to novel aminothiol ester compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or optical isomers, racemates, diastereoisomers, enantiomers or tautomers. The present invention also relates to the process for preparing and to these compounds for use as a medicament, in particular for the treatment or prevention of cancer. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an antibody-drug conjugate comprising these compounds.
