Abstract
A smart module conductor, a smart module conductor helical winding machine and a winding method thereof. In the cross section of the conductor, a plurality of smart modules (1) are clamped and helically wound from end to end to form a circular conductor; each of the smart module units is an arc-shaped module formed by injection molding or compression molding; each smart module unit has a reinforcing rib structure inside, a clamping device for clamping and clamping from left to right on the side surfaces, and a clamping device for clamping and clamping from end to end on the edges.An arcuate-shaped slide rail is provided on the front surface of a work table of the winding machine; the arcuate-shaped slide rail is provided with at least a pair of feeding rollers (107), and is further provided with a locking device (108) and a parallel twisting device (106); the same smart module units are arranged end-to-end on the arcuate-shaped slide rail and then locked through the locking device, to form a semicircular pipe diameter through the feeding rollers; then, the parallel twisting device twists the diameter of the semicircular pipe parallel to change the winding rail; and the smart module units are wound in a staggered arrangement to form helical winding pipes.
