Abstract
The present invention relates to an oral care product, such as a mouthwash, periodontal gel or toothpaste containing chlorhexidine and sodium DNA. Said oral care product exhibits an antibacterial action effective against gingivitis, bacterial plaque and periodontitis in combination with a healing and anti-inflammatory action and which, in addition, counteracts oxidative stress so as to limit the appearance and progression of irritations of the oral mucosa, thus promoting their trophism.
