HUMAN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO HUMAN CD134 (OX40) AND METHODS OF CREATING AND USING THE SAME

Abstract

The invention provides antibodies that specifically bind to OX40 (CD 134), referred to as OX40 antibodies, anti-OX40 or anti-OX40 antibodies. The antibodies of the invention that specifically bind to OX40 include mammalian (human, primate, etc.), humanized and chimeric anti-OX40 antibodies. The antibodies and antibody subsequences (fragments) of the invention that specifically bind to OX40 include purified and isolated antibodies, as well as pharmaceutical compositions thereof, are useful in a variety of methods including methods of treatment, screening and detection.
