Description

The present invention relates to a locking system comprising a lock holder and a lock holder plate. Such locking systems are regularly fixed to motor vehicle parts, in particular to the body of a motor vehicle, by means of screw connections and serve to accommodate a rotary latch of a motor vehicle lock. DE 299 05 848 U1 discloses a locking device for car door locks, which essentially consists of a plate and a retaining element fixedly attached to it, wherein a damping layer made of plastic is provided on the body-side mounting surface of the plate. Some known locking systems are difficult to manufacture, are hard to adjust or mount on the vehicle component, and / or allow relative movements to the vehicle component, which is occasionally associated with noise. The object of the present invention is to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art. These tasks are solved with a locking system according to the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the locking system result from the dependently formulated claims and the following description. The locking system according to the invention comprises a lock holder and a lock holder plate, wherein the locking system has at least one surface area which is provided with at least one outer polycondensate adhesive film. The surface area is located specifically where the locking system is attached to the vehicle component. In principle, several surface areas can be provided. The reference to an "outer" polycondensate adhesive film is intended to illustrate that this film is designed for direct contact with an adjacent component, such as the vehicle component. An "adhesive film" serves primarily to provide targeted surface slip resistance. Unlike an "adhesive film," the contact of the adhesive film with the component is reversible, meaning it can be separated without damage. This prevents the components from slipping relative to the locking system, thus eliminating the need to retighten fasteners or facilitating easier adjustment of the vehicle component.Within the scope of the invention, the term "lock holder" also includes devices designed or constructed as locking bars, locking wedges, locking bars, locking pistons or the like for receiving the rotary latch of a lock mechanism. It is particularly preferred that the at least one polycondensate adhesive film is based on at least one of the following components: polyurethane, polyester, polyacrylate. Furthermore, it is considered advantageous that the at least one polycondensate adhesive film is cross-linked by an isocyanate, wherein the isocyanate is preferably a polyisocyanate and most preferably an aliphatic isocyanate. Furthermore, it is provided that the at least one polycondensate adhesive film has a layer thickness of 15 to 300 µm, particularly with a layer thickness in the range of 150 µm. This applies especially to the polycondensate adhesive film that is provided in the area of the stop side and as a bond to a motor vehicle component. In the event that, for example, the acoustic decoupling of the lock holder is of primary importance compared to the otherwise also important settling behavior, layer thicknesses in the upper third up to 300 µm have proven advantageous. If noise reduction is provided, for example, by other means, the layer thicknesses are more likely to be below 150 µm, for example in the range of 45 µm to 130 µm. According to the invention, the layer is applied in several layers. A multiple application or generation of the polycondensate adhesive film is particularly preferred, e.g.in such a way that a 2-layer polycondensate adhesive film is formed, each layer having approximately the same thickness. A particular advantage is that the polycondensate adhesive film is reversibly deformable in the operating state. The polycondensate adhesive film can be applied using a printing or casting process. Pad printing, injection molding, etc., are particularly preferred methods. The locking system can be installed by the following steps: (a) providing a locking system comprising a lock holder and a lock holder plate, wherein the lock holder plate has at least one stop side with a surface area made of a polycondensate adhesive film; (b) positioning the locking system with the surface area made of polycondensate adhesive film on a vehicle part; (c) adjusting the locking system on the vehicle part; whereby, at the latest in step (c), an adhesive bond is formed between the locking system and the vehicle part above the polycondensate adhesive film. This specifically means that surface slip resistance is enabled or present during adjustment. The specified layer thicknesses for the polycondensate adhesive film serve primarily to ensure sufficient noise reduction. Applying such a polycondensate adhesive film also provides further acoustic decoupling in the screw holes, including the hole surround. The application of the polycondensate adhesive film also ensures that the pre-fixed position relative to the vehicle component remains constant, thus eliminating the need to retighten the screws after a certain period of time. The proposed solution offers the following advantages in particular: - acoustic noise reduction (when stationary and in motion), - acoustic decoupling, - improved adhesion and slip resistance during installation, - adhesion and slip resistance are precisely definable through the mixing ratio of the polycondensate adhesive film, - low settling behavior when mounting the locking system on the vehicle component, - additional corrosion protection, - no or reduced water absorption, - dimensional stability and temperature resistance, and - defined surface effects with regard to structure, gloss, roughness, etc. The invention and the technical environment are explained with reference to the attached figures, to which, however, the invention is not limited: Fig. 1 shows a variant embodiment of a locking system 1 comprising a lock holder 2 and a lock holder plate 3. An outer polycondensate adhesive film 5 is positioned on various surface enhancements 4. This film has a predetermined thickness 6 and serves for application to or mounting on a motor vehicle part 8. In the case of side door locks in motor vehicles, the lock holder is generally mounted on the so-called B-pillars of the vehicle body adjoining the front doors, or on the so-called C-pillars adjoining the rear doors. With a door lock mounted on the body with a locking mechanism consisting of a rotary latch and locking pawl, the lock holder is then attached to the respective door or hatch. The lock holder with lock holder plate according to the invention can, of course, also be used with other locking systems on the vehicle, for example, those for tailgates or trunk lids. Fig. 2 shows a view from below, with the surface areas 4 on the strike side 7 of the locking system 1, coated with a polycondensate adhesive film 5, hatched. The screw holes illustrated on the left and right are also lined with polycondensate adhesive film. 1 Locking system 2 Lock holder 3 Lock holder plate 4 Surface area 5 Polycondensate adhesive film 6 Layer thickness 7 Strike side 8 Vehicle part
