Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a wall system for dividing a room according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] From DE 690 13 400 T2, a wall system for dividing a room is disclosed, comprising at least one fixed partition wall and at least one door, wherein the door is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis of rotation by means of a lower hinge and an upper hinge, each hinge having a bearing and a counter-bearing rotatably connected to each other, the bearing being connected to the door and the vertical axis of rotation defined by the two hinges running within the door. A disadvantage of such a wall system is the attachment of the door to different structural elements, namely the building floor and the partition wall, which makes permanently precise alignment of the door with the partition wall difficult and door installation time-consuming.
[0003] Also known are partition walls with at least one door (DE195 26 618 A1), swing door sets (CH 451 468 A), swing door arrangements (DE 24 27 217 A1) and glass wing devices (DE 100 23 764 A1).
[0004] The invention is based on the objective of developing a wall system for dividing a room with a fixed partition wall and a door whose axis of rotation runs in the same, in which the door can be mounted precisely, easily and quickly.
[0005] This problem is solved by means of the characterizing features of claim 1, starting from the features of the preamble of claim 1. Advantageous and expedient embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.
[0006] The wall system according to the invention comprises a partition wall, a lower wall profile, and an upper wall profile, wherein a counter bearing of a lower hinge is arranged in a lower wall profile and wherein a counter bearing of an upper hinge is arranged in an upper wall profile. This achieves a door attachment in which the door is solely secured via the partition wall, and the door can be installed after the partition wall has been erected, without the need for any interventions such as drilling, gluing, or similar work in an area of the floor or ceiling of the room not covered by the partition wall. This allows for rapid door installation. Furthermore, any displacement between the building and the partition wall does not result in misalignment of the door, since it is secured to the partition wall at both hinges.
[0007] According to the invention, at least one of the joints is designed as a band or hinge, in which the bearing is formed by a first wing and the counter bearing by a second wing.
[0008] The invention provides for inserting the second wing of the lower band and / or the second wing of the upper band into a groove or channel of the lower or upper wall profile, wherein the second wing can be fastened in the groove or channel of the respective wall profile, in particular by screwing or clamping. This ensures rapid assembly, which essentially only comprises the steps of aligning and connecting.
[0009] Furthermore, the invention provides for equipping the door with a lower door profile and an upper door profile, which extend, in particular, over the entire width of the door. This results in a stable and easy-to-install door construction.
[0010] The invention also provides for inserting the first wing of the lower hinge or the first wing of the upper hinge into a groove or channel of the lower or upper door profile, wherein the first wing of the lower or upper hinge can be fastened in the groove or channel of the respective door profile, in particular by screwing or clamping. This ensures rapid assembly, which essentially only comprises the steps of aligning and connecting.
[0011] According to the invention, a door leaf is arranged between the door profiles, the door leaf being designed as a single or multi-pane glass panel. This results in a stable door which, despite its glass construction, offers easy installation options for a hinge or pivot thanks to the profiles.
[0012] The invention also provides for the lower wall profile to form a lower edge of the partition and the upper wall profile to form a top edge of the partition. This results in a partition that is easy to assemble.
[0013] According to the invention, the bearing or the counter bearing of the lower hinge is designed as a conically tapered bolt, and in particular, the first wing of the lower hinge is connected to the second wing of the lower hinge via the bolt, which tapers towards the other wing. Specifically, the bolt can be inserted into a bushing formed on the other wing at an angle deviating from the axis of the bushing. Such a design of the hinge allows the door to be hung at an angle, thereby permitting small gaps between the door and the partition.
[0014] According to the invention, at least one of the profiles, and in particular the door profiles, is designed as an H-profile with a groove located above an intermediate web and with a groove located below an intermediate web. Such profiles allow a door leaf to be received in their first groove and a bearing of a hinge or a leaf of a hinge to be arranged in a groove opposite the first groove.
[0015] The invention also provides for designing at least one of the wall profiles as a multi-part profile, which in particular comprises two individual profiles that can be screwed together. This makes it possible to create a profile from cost-effective standard profiles, which allows the insertion of a panel in a first groove from above and the insertion of a bearing of a hinge or a wing of a hinge in a second groove.
[0016] Furthermore, the invention provides for at least one of the profiles, and in particular the upper wall profile, to be designed as a U-profile with a groove or slot. This allows for easy attachment of a panel.
[0017] According to the invention, at least one glass panel is arranged between the wall profiles, with each glass panel extending in particular from the bottom profile to the ceiling profile. This allows for a simple construction of the partition wall.
[0018] The invention further provides for a door closer to be arranged between the door and the partition wall, wherein the door closer comprises a spring element, the spring element being rotatably attached at a first end about a first axis running parallel to the vertical axis of rotation of the door, the spring element being rotatably attached at a second end about a second axis running parallel to the vertical axis of rotation of the door, and the second end of the spring element being guided by the upper door profile in a circular path around the vertical axis of rotation of the door when the door is opened. This means that the door closer requires only minimal installation space on the inside of the door, towards which the door does not open and on which it is arranged, since the door closer moves with its second end in the opening direction of the door.
[0019] The invention provides for compressing the spring element of the door opener when the door is opened. This allows a counterforce to be built up and stored, which enables the door to be closed again.
[0020] The invention provides, in particular, for attaching the first end of the spring element to the upper wall profile by means of an angle bracket. This allows a stable counter-bearing for the energy storage device to be realized.
[0021] The invention also provides, in particular, for attaching the second end of the compression spring to the upper door profile by means of a U-profile. By securing the spring element from two sides, the forces acting between the door and the compression spring can also be transmitted via a profile with comparatively thin walls.
[0022] According to the invention, the door closer is arranged on an inside side of the door, towards which the door cannot be opened. This prevents any unwanted manipulation of the door closer when the door is closed.
[0023] Finally, the invention provides for the spring element to be formed by a compression spring, in particular a gas spring or an oil spring. Such spring elements are available as cost-effective standard components.
[0024] Further details of the invention are described in the drawing with reference to schematically illustrated embodiments.
[0025] This shows: Fig. 1 - 2: schematic representations of two wall systems; Fig. 3 - 4: detailed representations of a wall system; Fig. 5 - 6: Top views of a wall system in the area of a door closer; Fig. 7: Sectional view of the Fig. 5 corresponding to the section line VII-VII and Fig. 8: Sectional view of the Fig. 5 corresponding to section line VIII-VIII.
[0026] In the Fig. Figure 1 shows a schematic side view of a wall system 1. The wall system 1 is arranged in a room 2, which extends both into and out of the plane of the drawing. The wall system 1 comprises a partition 3 and a door 4. The partition 3 is essentially formed by a lower wall profile 5, which is interrupted in the area of the door 4, an upper wall profile 6, and wall panels 7 arranged between them, which are designed as glass panels 8. The wall profiles 5 and 6 are attached to a floor 9 and a ceiling 10, respectively. The door 4 is arranged in an opening 11 of the partition 3. The door 4 is suspended via a lower hinge 12 and an upper hinge 13. The hinges 12, 13 each consist of a door-side bearing 12a or 13a and a partition-side counter bearing 12b, 13b.The arrangement of the joints 12, 13 defines a vertical axis of rotation 14 of the door 4, which runs within the door. In the case of the... Fig. In the wall system 1 shown, the counter bearings 12b and 13b of the joints 12, 13 are arranged in the lower wall profile 5 and in the upper wall profile 6, respectively. The door 4 is formed, for example, by a laminated glass pane 15, to which the upper bearing 12a and the lower bearing 12b are attached, for example, by means of known flush-mounted glass holders 16.
[0027] In the Fig. Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of another wall system 1 in side view. This differs from the one shown in the Fig. The wall system shown in section 1 demonstrates that in the Fig. The wall system 1 shown in Figure 2 includes a door 4, which essentially consists of a lower door profile 17 and an upper door profile 18. The two door profiles 17 and 18 are bonded to a lower edge 15a and an upper edge 15b of a laminated glass pane 15 and extend over the entire width B4 of the door 4. For this purpose, the two door profiles are designed as so-called H-profiles 19, which have a lower groove 21 and an upper groove 22 below and above an intermediate web 20. The laminated glass pane 15 forms a door leaf TB between the door profiles 17 and 18. The door 4 is suspended from a partition wall 3 by means of a lower hinge 12 and an upper hinge 13, the hinges 12, 13 being designed as hinges 23, 24, each consisting of a door-side first leaf 23a, 24a and a partition-side second leaf 23b, 24b. These are each rotatably connected to each other. The door-side leaves 23a, 24a are not as in the . Fig. The sashes 23b and 24b shown in Figure 1 are not attached directly to the laminated glass pane 15, but are arranged in the lower groove 21 of the lower door profile 17 and in the upper groove 22 of the upper door profile 18. The partition-side sashes 23b and 24b are arranged in a lower wall profile 5 and an upper wall profile 6. The lower wall profile 5 is interrupted by an opening 11 for the door 4 and is formed from two superimposed individual profiles 25 and 26. These, like the upper wall profile 6, are designed as so-called U-profiles 27 and each has a groove 28. The individual profiles 25 and 26 forming the lower wall profile 5 are connected to each other by screws 29. The lower groove 28 of the lower individual profile 25 of the lower wall profile 5 thus forms a channel K, since it is closed at the top by the upper individual profile 26. According to one embodiment not shown, the lower wall profile 5 is manufactured as a one-piece profile. The lower wall profile 5 forms a lower edge UK of the partition wall 3 and the upper wall profile 6 forms a top edge OK of the partition wall 3.
[0028] In the Fig. Figure 3 shows a wall system 1 in detailed side view. The wall system 1 has three doors 4 in a partition wall 3. The doors 3 can each be rotated about pivot axes 14.
[0029] In the Fig. Figure 4 is a top view of a section of the Fig. Figure 3 shows that the wall system 1 separates two chambers 30 within a room, which are accessible through the doors 4. The chambers 30 are separated from each other by further partition walls 31 running at right angles to the partition wall 3. The doors 4 can be opened outwards in the direction of the arrows a.
[0030] In the Fig. Figure 5 shows a top view of a section of a wall system 1, in which a section of a partition wall 3, a large part of a door 4 and another section of a further partition wall 31 are visible. In contrast to the Fig. 1 to 4 also show a door closer 32, which serves to close door 4 from a position in the Fig. The opening shown in section 6, B, is again in a position that is in the Fig. The door closer 32 is located on an inner side 43 of the door 4 and comprises a spring element 33, which is arranged between the door 4 or an upper door profile 18 of the door 4 and the partition 3 or an upper wall profile 6. The partition 3 or the upper wall profile is only present in the Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 not shown, These show sections corresponding to those in the Fig. 5 marked section lines VII-VII and VIII-VIII, whereby at the Fig. For clarity, hatching of cut surfaces has been omitted in figures 5 to 8. The spring element 33 of the door closer 32 comprises a first end 34 and a second end 35. The first end 34 is attached to the upper wall profile 6 by means of an L-shaped bracket 36 and is rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation 34a relative to the bracket 36 (see also Fig. 7) The second end 35 is attached to the upper door profile 18 by means of a U-profile 37 and is rotatable relative to the U-profile 37 about a vertical axis of rotation 35a (see also Fig. 8) When the door 4 is opened, the second end 35 of the spring element 33 is extended from a space in the Fig. 5 position shown on a circular path b around a pivot axis 14 of the door 4 (see Fig. 5 and Fig. 6) This causes the second end 35 to also move towards the first end 34, so that the spring element 33 is compressed. When the door 4 closes automatically, the spring element 33, which is eccentrically connected to the pivot axis 14 of the door 4 via the U-profile 37 at its second end 35, pushes the door 4 along the circular path b into the area in the Fig. 5. Return to the shown closing position A.
[0031] In the Fig. In section 7, in addition to the door closer 32 already described, the upper wall profile 6 and the upper door profile 18 are also visible. The upper door profile 18 is designed as an H-profile 19, which has a lower groove 21 into which a laminated glass pane 15 is bonded. A door-side leaf 24a of an upper hinge 24 is arranged in an upper groove 22 of the upper door profile 18. This leaf 24a is rotatably connected about the pivot axis 14 of the door 4 to a corresponding partition-side leaf 24b. The partition-side leaf 24b is fastened in a groove 28 of the upper wall profile 6, which is designed as a U-profile 27. The aforementioned leaves 24a and 24b are fastened, in particular, at several points by clamping and / or screwing them to or into the respective profile. The angle bracket 36 belonging to the door closer 32 is also screwed to the upper wall profile 6 at several points and further serves as a support for a box-like cover 38 of the door closer 32. A ceiling 10 is shown above the upper wall profile 6, to which the wall profile 6 is screwed.
[0032] In the Fig. In addition to the door closer 32, the upper wall profile 6, and the upper door profile 18 already described, a lower door profile 17 and a lower wall profile 5 are also visible. A door-side first leaf 23a of a lower hinge 23 is fastened in a lower groove 21 of the lower door profile 17, which is designed as an H-profile 19. This first leaf 23a is rotatably connected to a partition-side second leaf 23b. The second leaf 23b includes a ball bearing 39, which forms a bushing 40 for a bolt 41, the bolt 41 being arranged on the door-side leaf 23a and being received by the bushing 40. In the case of a Fig. 8 not shown conically tapered version of bolt 41 - as shown in the Fig. 1 and Fig. As indicated in Figure 2, it is possible to insert the door 4 at an angle during installation. The door 4 is first inserted at an angle of 10° to 20° to the vertical using the bolt 41 of the lower hinge 23 into the socket 40 of the partition-side leaf 23b, which is already pre-mounted in the lower wall profile 5. The door 4 is then rotated from this position into a vertical position, ensuring that the partition-side leaf 24b of the upper hinge 24, which is already connected to the door-side leaf 24a of the upper hinge 24 attached to the door 4, is inserted into the groove 28 of the upper wall profile 6. Once the door 4 is in its intended position, with the door 4 swung open from the closed position, markings can be made for the fastening points of the partition-side upper leaf 24b, or the door 4 can be fastened accordingly using screws and clamps. If 6 holes need to be drilled in the upper wall profile, the door can simply be removed again and, after the work has been completed, swung back in and screwed in place.
[0033] In the Fig. Figure 8 shows how the axis of rotation 14 runs in the door 4. That is, the axis of rotation runs between hinges 12, 13 through a door leaf TB, which is formed in particular by a laminated glass pane 15.
[0034] Viewed from an arrow direction x, an outside 42 of the in the Fig. 7 and Fig. The wall system 1 shown in Figure 8 is designed flush with the surface, with the visible sides of the profiles 5, 6, 17 and 18 lying in a plane E with a visible side of the laminated glass pane 15 and the glass panels of the partition wall not shown.
[0035] The invention is not limited to the illustrated or described embodiments. Rather, it encompasses further developments of the invention within the scope of the intellectual property claims. In particular, the invention also provides for the glass panel intended for the door or partition to be designed as a so-called multi-pane laminated safety glass panel (VSG panel) or as a single-pane tempered safety glass panel (ESG panel).
