Description

[0001] According to a first aspect, the invention relates to a device in the manner of a dissection table.

[0002] Dissection tables have long been well-known (in human and veterinary medicine). They are used, for example, to give medical students at universities the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of anatomy. Students learn how to dissect fixed body donations ("cadavers"), particularly removing organs, dissecting blood vessels and nerves, and similar tasks.

[0003] The body donations are placed on the support surface of such a dissection table.

[0004] To prevent decomposition, body donations are usually fixed with formalin. Unfortunately, formalin (an aqueous solution of formaldehyde) is toxic and considered a probable carcinogen in humans, so special protective measures are necessary. During the hours spent working on body donations, the protection of the dissectors is ensured by adequate ventilation of the premises.

[0005] When the body donations are not being worked on, they are wrapped in a cloth soaked in disinfectant and then wrapped in a sturdy plastic film to prevent them from drying out and molding. Wrapped in this way, the body donations remain on the dissection table for several months (for example, for the duration of a course). When the body donations are to be worked on, the plastic film is removed and placed near the table, which can be a major problem for students and teaching staff. The same applies to the moist cloth.

[0006] What is particularly problematic is that the heavy wetting of the plastic film creates a very high level of pollutants in the surrounding air and the body donation has to be double-wrapped again after the end of a lesson.

[0007] In addition, there is the problem that the body donations naturally also evaporate during transport to the anatomy rooms or dissection rooms, and the transport personnel therefore usually have to work wearing respiratory protection (full face masks), which makes the hard physical work even more difficult.

[0008] The object of the present invention is therefore to create a simpler and less stressful way of providing body donations for dissection.

[0009] The invention solves the stated problem according to a first aspect by means of a device in the manner of a dissection table with features of patent claim 1 and accordingly in that the device has a hood-like cover which is adjustable between an open position, in which it allows a dissecting person access to the body donation, and a closed position, in which it completely covers the body donation, in particular without contact, wherein the hood-like cover has both a roller blind-like closure and closing elements, and wherein the closing elements are adjustable between a closed position and a release position.

[0010] In other words, the idea of the present invention is to no longer wrap the body donation in plastic film and / or cloths, which pollute the circulating air, but to arrange a cover on a dissection table which encloses the body donation during work breaks and which can be opened on request in order to gain access to the body donation.

[0011] According to the invention, this is a hood-like cover of the device, for example a “lid”.

[0012] Such a hood-like cover is intended to isolate the body donation resting on the support surface from the surrounding atmosphere, protecting it from external influences such as dehydration, excessive light, and the like. On the other hand, it also protects the environment from the formalin that fixes the body donation.

[0013] In contrast to the plastic film or moist wipes known from the state of the art, a hood-like cover is particularly characterized by the fact that it is typically not in direct contact with the body donation, but rather covers or insulates it at a distance.

[0014] This eliminates the laborious process of wrapping and unwrapping the body donation in the film (or a cloth), which is associated with strong odors and physical exertion. Furthermore, this type of covering prevents bruising, deformation, or similar damage to the body donation.

[0015] The hood-like cover is preferably integrated into the dissection table in such a way that it is fixed (but movable) on the dissection table.

[0016] Alternatively, the hood-like cover can also be designed separately, for example in the manner of a removable hood, which is placed separately next to the dissection table and is completely removed from the rest of the dissection table or something similar.

[0017] However, the invention prefers the first option, since the second option of a separate hood can have the disadvantage that the separate hood is often space-consuming to store during the dissection procedure. In particular, such a hood is approximately the size of a dissection table, and with multiple dissection tables, an anatomy room would require approximately the same amount of space for each dissection table to store the corresponding hoods. This is rather unrealistic, which is why the invention prefers an embodiment in which the hood-like cover remains at least partially on or in the dissection table.

[0018] In this sense, the adjustment of the hood-like cover between an open position and a closed position can in principle even comprise the complete removal of the hood-like cover, but preferably a variant in which the hood-like cover remains at least partially on the dissection table.

[0019] The cover can therefore be moved from the closed position to the open position, in particular, by moving the cover, folding the cover, or similar means. The transfer can preferably be motorized (electrically, pneumatically, or hydraulically) or, alternatively, manually (e.g., with a crank). All of this is encompassed by adjustability within the meaning of the application.

[0020] In the closed position, the body donation should be isolated from the environment, preferably completely, to provide the best possible protection for both the environment or the surrounding atmosphere and the body donation. Appropriate seals or similar devices can be provided on the dissection table for this purpose.

[0021] In the open position, however, a dissecting person, such as a student or teacher, is given access to the body donation. Preferably, access is so unrestricted that the hood-like cover, particularly completely, retracts behind or below the support surface. This allows optimal access to the body donation.

[0022] If necessary, only a portion of the hood-like cover can be removed or adjusted, and a portion of the cover can remain in place, for example, in the head and / or foot area of the support surface, since access in these areas may not be affected by such parts. However, complete exposure of the body donation in the open position is preferred.

[0023] The hood-like cover can have any desired or suitable shape, for example, a box or cuboid shape. However, a cylindrical segment-like shape is particularly preferred.

[0024] The support surface of the device or dissection table is preferably flat, as this is the typical surface of a dissection table. However, the support surface can also be slightly sagging or concave, or similarly, which is naturally also covered by the invention.

[0025] The support surface typically (but not necessarily) represents the upper end of a (fully opened) dissection table, which typically has a substructure below the support.

[0026] This substructure can serve solely as a structural support or to distance the support surface from the floor of the room. However, the substructure can also contain storage compartments (e.g., for medical instruments) or structures for electric drives or similar devices.

[0027] It is particularly preferred that the substructure is movable, i.e. in particular that it has wheels or rollers or the like.

[0028] This allows the dissection table to be moved, particularly into and out of an anatomy room.

[0029] In the simplest case, the dissection table can be provided by a transport frame (including cover).

[0030] A dissection table or device similar to a dissection table is generally understood to be a table, in particular a movable one, together with a support which is suitable (and preferably used) for storing or presenting body donations or for laying them down for the purpose of dissection.

[0031] In the context of this patent application, “dissection” should of course also be understood to mean preparation (which is sometimes also referred to as dissection in the specialist world) or an autopsy or similar.

[0032] Simple dissection tables of the state of the art are often made of metal. Therefore, the present device should also typically be made (at least partially) of metal, particularly stainless steel.

[0033] Preferably, not only the support surface but also parts of the substructure and / or the hood-like cover are made of stainless steel.

[0034] The device according to the invention (in particular the cover) can preferably have a marking, for example in the form of a (table) number or a corresponding symbol or the like. This can enable re-assignment, particularly in the case where the cover is completely removable from the rest of the dissection table. Alternatively, and even more importantly, said marking can also be used to enable conclusions to be drawn about the body donation itself (when the cover is in the closed position). The marking can in particular be printed (on the cover), glued, etched, engraved, or similar.

[0035] Finally, the device can also comprise means for (wireless) connection to an electronic network. These means can, for example, comprise transmitters (in particular Bluetooth or Wi-Fi transmitters or similar) to enable remote-controlled or automated operation of the device. For example, the cover's opening mechanism can be operated with the aid of a remote computer or via a tablet, smartphone, or similar device, and / or a spraying, suction, and / or lighting device can be controlled.

[0036] Hood-like covers for dissection tables with “bell-like” closures are generally known, for example, as evidenced by WO 2020 / 055 959 A1 or US 1 793 489 A.

[0037] According to the invention, however, this is characterized in that the hood-like cover has a roller blind-like closure, as is known, for example, in a non-generic safety workbench according to KR 10 1 693 412 B1.

[0038] This closure can in particular be adjustable between a closed position and a release position

[0039] The roller shutter-like closure can form the hood-like cover on its own. However, it is advantageous to form the hood-like cover together with the closure elements, which will be explained later.

[0040] The roller blind can be adjusted between a closed position, which it is in when the cover is in the closed position, and a released position, which it is in when the cover is in the open position. This adjustment can be stepless, for example.

[0041] In other words, a user can manually pull the roller-like closure to the side or move it via an (electric) drive to gain access to the body donation located below the roller-like closure.

[0042] In contrast to a conventional, rigid lid, a roller blind-like closure is characterized in particular by a certain flexibility, such that the closure is not only adjustable in one plane, but can be deflected out of its plane.

[0043] While a lid is completely and rigidly moved, removed or pivoted in a translational manner, a roller blind-like closure is typically deflected.

[0044] This enables, in particular, a compact design of the dissection table.

[0045] Preferably, the roller shutter-like closure can be located in its release position at least partially below the support surface, typically (almost) completely.

[0046] In particular, the roller-blind-like closure can comprise rigid link segments or strips that are connected to one another by non-rigid intermediate sections. These segments can, in particular, be movable relative to one another. Alternatively, the segments can also be connected to one another via pivot axes.

[0047] Alternatively, the entire roller blind-like closure can also consist of a particularly thin body, preferably a sheet metal.

[0048] Alternative materials for a roller blind-like closure are, for example, (coated) wood materials, plastic (films) and / or textile fabrics (with or without impregnation).

[0049] Typically, a roller blind-like closure is guided along a guide (of the device) or rests (at least after an adjustment process) on a support surface of the device according to the invention.

[0050] Adjustment between the closed and released positions of the roller-type closure can be made possible, in particular, by providing the support surface with corresponding through-slots through which the roller-type closure can be moved. Alternatively, the roller-type closure can, of course, also be guided past the support surface or similarly.

[0051] In particular in the first-mentioned case, however, the slot can be assigned a loading device which can in particular enable a certain pre-tensioning of the closure against the inside of the slot, so that the best possible sealing of the area under the cover is also possible with regard to the slot.

[0052] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, one end of the closure can have a collecting channel. This collecting channel can, in particular, be oriented such that it is located on the side of the closure that corresponds to the area to be covered or the body donation.

[0053] This ensures that any liquid that flows down through the slit along the roller-like closure can be collected and drained away. In particular, this prevents unwanted (toxic) puddles from forming beneath the dissection table. This collecting channel is specifically positioned at the end of the closure so that, in case of emergency, the channel can remain below the support surface even when the closure is in the open position. Alternatively, the channel can also be positioned above the support surface, provided the slit is wide enough.

[0054] A (drainage) channel can be provided on the device, for example in the area of the storage surface, but also in addition to or alternatively to the channel on the closure.

[0055] Further preferably, one end of the closure (especially the other end) has a strip-like seal. This ensures, in particular, that the roller-like closure can perform sealing functions both in its closed position and in its released position: This is obviously first of all for the closed position of the roller blind-like closure, in which the said strip-like seal can, for example, rest on the support surface and thus seal the space around the body donation against the environment.

[0056] Preferably, the roller blind-like closure can also have further edge areas with a corresponding seal, in particular the two side areas.

[0057] Such a strip-like seal at the end of the closure is also advantageous in that it can seal the aforementioned slot when the roller shutter closure is in its release position. The dimensions can be selected such that the strip-like seal fits precisely over the feed-through slot, thus closing or sealing it.

[0058] According to the invention, the hood-like cover has closure elements. These elements, together with the roller-like closure, can ensure complete coverage of the body donation when the hood-like cover is in the closed position.

[0059] In other words, the hood-like cover can consist of the roller blind-like closure and one or more end elements.

[0060] In particular, this arrangement can be imagined as similar to a bread bin, in which a central area can be exposed by a roller blind-like closure and the two end faces are formed by end elements or end panels.

[0061] The roller-like closure can interact, in particular, with the end elements. For example, the end elements can have a guide for the roller-like closure, or they can form a guide or support strip for the roller-like closure (particularly on their upper edges).

[0062] For example, the roller blind-like closure can engage with guide extensions in guide grooves on the end elements and be guided in this way.

[0063] Alternatively, corresponding guide extensions of the roller blind-like closure can also rest loosely on a guide or support surface of the end elements and in this way be guided on one side, so to speak.

[0064] In particular, the support surface can also provide locking positions in which the roller blind-like closure can be locked.

[0065] Typically, a device according to the invention has two end elements, namely on the front sides.

[0066] The end faces are typically understood to be the two short sides of a dissection table or support. These are typically located in the head and foot area of the body donation, but usually at some distance from them.

[0067] It has proven particularly advantageous if the end elements, just like the roller blind-like closure, can be adjusted between a closed position and a released position.

[0068] For this purpose, the end elements can, for example, simply be folded down (away from the support surface) or completely removed. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, however, the end elements can be adjusted from the closed position to the released position without being decoupled or removed from the device. It has proven particularly advantageous if they can be lowered, adjusted, or pivoted into an area below the support surface.

[0069] Like the roller blind-like closure, the end elements can be partially recessed into the substructure, concealed in it, or even disappear.

[0070] According to the invention, the closing elements are (also) adjustable between a closed position and a release position.

[0071] In this respect, the same applies to the closing elements as to the roller blind-like closure.

[0072] However, the closing elements are typically pivoted, in contrast to the roller blind-like closure, which is typically moved in a translational manner.

[0073] As already indicated above, adjustability within the meaning of the present invention also includes folding down the end elements or completely removing them from the rest of the dissection table. In particular, however, the end elements are held captive on the dissection table and can be moved (attached to the dissection table) from the closed position to the released position and vice versa.

[0074] The end elements can in particular have a shape similar to that of circular segments or similar.

[0075] They can preferably be disc-shaped.

[0076] For at least one of the end elements, a lowering device can preferably be provided, for example a lifting-lowering mechanism.

[0077] In order to load a body donation into a device according to the invention, the table surface can typically be inserted into the device (comparable to a baking tray in an oven), for example by means of a rail system.

[0078] For this purpose, a slot on the base is typically released. However, the end element may be in the way, so the aforementioned lifting-lowering mechanism can ensure that the end element can be moved out of the way to insert the body donation located on the surface (the body donation rests on a so-called "trough"). After the insertion process, the lifting-lowering mechanism can then ensure that the end element 23, 24 is returned to its original position.

[0079] The connecting elements can also be moved from the closed position to the released position through slots or a slot-like device in the support surface.

[0080] The slot-like device comprises in particular at least one slot for the roller blind-like closure.

[0081] Slots can also be provided for the closure elements, for example, separate slots. Alternatively, a common slot can be provided for the roller-blind-like closure and the connecting elements (this can, for example, be [-shaped] in plan view). Likewise, the slot-like device can also comprise several separate slots.

[0082] This design enables a particularly compact construction of the dissection table according to the invention. The closure can thus pass through the slot-like device into a plane below the support surface (at least partially).

[0083] In particular, the slot can also be closed after the roller shutter has completely or substantially passed through it (as an example, see the strip-like seal mentioned above).

[0084] According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the device has a stowage device.

[0085] The storage device enables at least part of the roller shutter-like closure (i.e. either the entire closure or only part of it) to be accommodated below the support surface, in particular in the base of the dissection table.

[0086] The substructure may in particular comprise a housing.

[0087] The storage device can preferably be assigned to the substructure.

[0088] In principle, various storage devices and, associated with them, various designs of the roller blind-like closure are possible: A first option is that the storage device has a mandrel onto which the roller blind-like closure is rolled up for transfer from the closed position to the release position.

[0089] The mandrel can thus be arranged below the support surface.

[0090] An alternative is a storage device in the form of a folding device: This allows the roller-blind-like closure to be folded when transferred from the closed position to the release position (and then stored folded until the next closing operation of the roller-blind-like closure).

[0091] As with a rolling-up process, a rotatable drive unit or similar can preferably be provided here (which basically ensures that the roller blind-like closure is transferred into the release position in which it is then folded).

[0092] Another alternative design option is for the storage device to store a roller-like closure consisting of individual links in such a way that the links are arranged side by side. This option is particularly space-saving.

[0093] Even more advantageously, in the last example, the stowage device can also decouple the individual links from one another. These links can, for example, each have hooked ends that typically engage with one another.

[0094] During the stowage process, the links can, for example, run onto an inclined plane and thus be decoupled. Links stored next to each other can be pre-tensioned against each other (e.g., by means of a spring) to enable the roller-like closure to close, which then causes the links to engage with each other and move them from a side-by-side position to an initially more or less overlapping, interlocking position.

[0095] Finally, one of the simplest options for a storage device is to ensure that the roller-like closure hangs freely, especially below the support surface. In this case, the closure is not rolled up but can fall freely. Depending on the available space, such a design can also be advantageous, particularly since a winding or drive mandrel could be omitted. In such a case, the roller-like closure hangs vertically downwards in its release position like a curtain, possibly within the substructure, thus typically concealed by a housing.

[0096] Equipping the device with a spray system has proven particularly advantageous. Such a spray system can be used to moisten the body donation.

[0097] In other words, such a spray system can make the plastic films and / or cloths mentioned in the state of the art unnecessary.

[0098] The spray system can in particular spray disinfectants or similar.

[0099] Advantageously, the device has a circulation system as part of the spray system.

[0100] The spray system can be used to create a spray mist underneath the cover to achieve a target relative humidity of over 90% underneath the cover.

[0101] In particular, a programmable control for the spray system can be provided such that a user can set the spray system to be active at certain time intervals or similar.

[0102] As described above, such a controller can also be connected to a network, in particular a wireless one.

[0103] In particular, lines of the spray system can be provided in the end elements and / or the roller-like closure. If they are to be provided in the roller-like closure, this can, for example, comprise struts of the strips in which the lines run in the longitudinal direction of the dissection table or the support surface.

[0104] Nozzles can then, for example, branch off from these lines and protrude into the space below the closed hood.

[0105] According to a further advantage of the invention, the device can provide an extraction system. This can, in particular, also have a programmable controller.

[0106] There may be cases where air extraction is desired, especially in the body donation area. Depending on the application, such an extraction system can be active or activated when the hood-like cover is in the closed or open position.

[0107] In particular, a switching contact for external ventilation control can also be provided.

[0108] In order to achieve sufficient isolation of the body donation in case of doubt, the exhaust air duct (but also any waste water ducts or spray ducts) can be provided with mechanical closures.

[0109] Alternatively or additionally, solenoid valves may be provided to close these lines (possibly also connected to or operable via said or another control system).

[0110] According to a further aspect of the invention, the device can have lighting. The lighting can, in particular, illuminate the area around the body donation, preferably when the cover is in the open position.

[0111] Alternatively, the lighting can also be used for the cover in the closed position, for example if the cover is partially transparent or has a window or similar.

[0112] Finally, lighting can also be useful or intended for outdoor use, for example to identify a handle or controls or a marking or similar in poor lighting conditions.

[0113] A spray system, a suction system, and even lighting often require electrical power. For this purpose, a shared power connection can be provided on the dissection table, for example. However, the dissection table can also have its own power source, such as a battery or similar.

[0114] As just described, according to an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the hood-like cover has a viewing window and / or is at least partially transparent.

[0115] This makes it possible, in particular, to determine whether a dissection table is already occupied by a body donation without opening the hood-like cover. Furthermore, statements about the body donation or similar information can also be made in this way.

[0116] The application is also intended to disclose a system for retrofitting a dissection table, comprising a hood-like cover (in particular according to one or more of the above-mentioned features) which is adjustable between an open position and a closed position.

[0117] The system can in particular have a roller blind-like closure and / or closing elements, with reference to the above explanations with regard to both elements.

[0118] In this way, an existing, conventional dissection table of the prior art can also be converted into a device according to the invention using the system according to the invention.

[0119] Naturally, such a system can also comprise, for example, a stowage device according to the invention and / or guides for the closure, as well as, if appropriate, suitable mounting means.

[0125] Embodiments of the invention are described by way of example in the following description of the figures, also with reference to the drawings. For the sake of clarity, identical or comparable parts, elements, or regions are designated by identical reference numerals, sometimes with the addition of lowercase letters, numbers, and / or apostrophes. The same applies to the patent claims following the description of the figures.

[0126] Features described only with reference to one embodiment may also be provided in any other embodiment of the invention within the scope of the invention. Such modified embodiments are encompassed by the invention, even if they are not shown in the drawings.

[0127] All disclosed features are essential to the invention in themselves. The disclosure of the application hereby fully incorporates the disclosure content of any associated priority documents (copy of the prior application), as well as any cited publications and the described prior art devices, also for the purpose of incorporating individual or multiple features of these documents into one or more claims of the present application.

[0128] The Fig. 1 to 3 show, based on three different positions of a hood-like cover 13 of a dissection table 10 according to the invention, the advantage of the present invention and the essential difference from the prior art: This shows Fig. 1 firstly shows in a very schematic, isometric oblique view a device 10 according to the invention in the manner of a dissecting table, in which, in comparison with an illustration according to Fig. 3 the hood-like cover 13 according to the invention is not shown, since it is in a release position.

[0129] Visible in Fig. 1, however, an (upper) support surface 11 for a body donation 12, which is shown stylized in the figures and is typically a human corpse.

[0130] The support surface 11 is essentially rectangular, and the body donation 12 is aligned along a longitudinal extension L.

[0131] Due to the substructure 14, the support surface 11 is arranged in particular at a height h relative to the floor or subsurface 17 and is therefore optimally accessible for students or teaching staff to carry out a dissection procedure.

[0132] Below the support surface 11 is the base 14 of the device 10 according to the invention, which is depicted very schematically in the figures as a box. This box is intended to represent a kind of black box within the meaning of the invention, since various elements of typical substructures of dissection tables can be provided here, for example, in the form of simple struts or columns or storage and receiving compartments. In the simplest case, a dissection table actually only has a rod system at this point.

[0133] The device 10 shown in the figures is particularly designed to be movable, and for this purpose, it has wheels 15 as part of the substructure 14. However, the invention can of course also be readily applied to a non-movable device.

[0134] According to what has been said, the representation differs according to Fig. 1 does not differ significantly from a prior art device.

[0135] However, even Fig. 1 already shows a slot-like device 16 in the support surface 11.

[0136] This slot-like device 16 has in particular a longitudinal slot 18 and two transverse slots 21 and 22 on the end faces 19 and 20.

[0137] The transverse slots 21 and 22 as well as the longitudinal slot 18 can be part of a common, essentially [-shaped slot, or they can be separate slots. In any case, they are part of the slot-like device 16.

[0138] This slot-like device 16 makes it possible in particular to move the hood-like cover 13 from its open position according to Fig. 1 (in which it is not visible) into the fully closed position according to Fig. 3 to be transferred.

[0139] In this case, the hood-like cover 13 has in particular an intermediate position, which in Fig. 2 is shown.

[0140] Fig. 2 discloses two closure elements 23 and 24 in their closed position. These are assigned to the two end faces 19 and 20 and are in their closed positions according to Fig. 2 protrudes upwards above the plane of the support surface 11.

[0141] In particular, the end elements 23 and 24 were released from a recessed release position according to Fig. 1 in the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shown closed position, namely through the slots 22 and 21 (or the slot-like device 16).

[0142] For this purpose, the end elements 23 and 24 can, for example, be pivoted from a release position, which will be described in detail later, into the closed position shown.

[0143] Alternatively, it would of course also be possible to completely separate the end elements 23 and 24 from the base 14 or the support surface 11 in order to move the device 10 from a position according to Fig. 2 into the position according to Fig. 1. In other words, embodiments are conceivable in which the end elements 23, 24 are simply removable.

[0144] In the present case, however, the end elements 23, 24 are held captively on the device 10 and are adjusted between predefined positions.

[0145] In this sense, one could also imagine the two end elements 23 and 24 being folded down toward the front sides. This would also be encompassed by the invention.

[0146] Finally, Fig. 2, it should also be noted that the closure elements 23 and 24 have, in particular, a cylinder segment-like or circular disk segment-like shape. This enables a particularly advantageous interaction with the closure 25, which will now be described below and which Fig. 3 is shown in its closed position (while in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is in its release position and is therefore not visible in said figures).

[0147] Since the roller shutter-like closure 25 interacts with the closure elements 23 and 24, it is in its Fig. 3 is also arranged essentially like a cylinder jacket.

[0148] This design allows a certain distance from the Fig. 3 no longer shown (because completely covered) body donation 12.

[0149] In a preferred embodiment, the roller shutter-like closure 25 consists of a (thin) sheet, in particular of a stainless steel sheet, which can be flexibly formed into a shape according to Fig. 3 must be transferable.

[0150] The Fig. 3, the lines provided with the reference number 26 merely represent light reflections which are intended to illustrate the bending of the closure 25 in the illustrated closed position.

[0151] Alternatively, the lines may also indicate slats or strips 26 aligned in the longitudinal direction L or other types of members of the closure 25. This will be discussed later.

[0152] The closure 25 can, for example, be moved into the position shown in Fig. 3 shown closed position or preferably via a Fig. 1 to 3 also not shown (electric) drive.

[0153] The drive can, for example, be in line with the Fig. 2 only engage the closure 25, or preferably at least one of the closure elements 23, 24. In this case, the closure elements 23 and 24 can be coupled in motion, for example, to the roller-blind-like closure 25, wherein an adjustment of the closure elements 23, 24 via said drive is then automatically accompanied by a transfer of the closure 25 into its release position. In such a variant, the device 10 would then be directly between the positions according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 (without there being an intermediate position according to Fig. 2; such a coupling will be discussed later in connection with Fig. 8 c) is presented in more detail).

[0154] Such a drive can be arranged, for example, in the substructure 14 and can be connected to the Fig. 1 to 3 indicated switches or operating elements 27, 28 can be operated. These can be analog switches or touch displays or similar.

[0155] Furthermore, the box indicated by reference numeral 29 also indicates a connection module to a network, in particular a wireless one. This can be, for example, a router or transmitter or the like, such as a Bluetooth element or a Wi-Fi transmitter or the like. In this way, the drive for the shutter 25 can then also be controlled remotely, for example, via a smartphone, a tablet, or the like.

[0156] Furthermore, Fig. 3 indicates that the roller blind-like closure 25 is guided in guide grooves 30 of the end elements 23 and 24.

[0157] Alternatively, but not shown, the closure 25 can also rest on an upper guide edge 31 of the end elements 23 and 24. In particular, a seal can be assigned to each of these edges 31, either on the end element side or on the closure side, to enable a good seal beneath the closure 25.

[0158] Particularly in the case where the closure 25 does not rest in guide grooves 30, but rests on the guide edge 31, locking positions in the form of recesses or depressions or the like can also be provided there. For example, the guide edges 31 can also be magnetically designed to facilitate easier placement of the closure 25, which then moves more freely.

[0159] Fig. 4 then shows a very schematic sectional view, approximately according to view arrow IV in Fig. 3, through a plane in the area of the end element 23 on the first end face 20.

[0160] The device 10 is in a closed position, the closing element 23 and the closure 25 are in the closed position.

[0161] Fig. 4 shows, in particular, very schematically indicated, a drive 37 for the cover 13, which acts exemplarily on the closing element 23 (wherein the closing element 23 in this case can be coupled in movement with the closure 25, for example).

[0162] The first thing that is noticeable here is that the closure 25, even in its closed position, may still partially protrude through the longitudinal slot 18. However, this is intentionally left open at this point. More interestingly, the other end of the closure 25 is assigned a sealing strip 32, which seals the closure 25 against the support surface 11.

[0163] Fig. Figure 5 shows a similar device (although without the illustrated coupling between closure 25 and closure element 23) with the cover in an intermediate position, in which both closure element 23 and closure 25 are moved into a release position. This releases, in particular, the body donation 12.

[0164] For this purpose, the end element 23 has been pivoted by approximately 180°.

[0165] The roller-blind-like closure 25 is guided almost completely through the slot 18, for example, by means of a drive (not shown). This can be electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or other suitable means.

[0166] At Fig. 5, it is particularly noticeable that the lower end of the roller-like closure 25 is provided with a collecting channel 33. This can collect moisture that runs down, for example, the inner side 34 of the roller-like closure 25. In this position, the sealing strip 32, as shown, lies over the slot 18 and covers or seals it.

[0167] Finally, Fig. 5 also shows a spacer, shown only very schematically as an arrow and designated by reference numeral 35, which ensures that the roller-like closure 25 is positioned within the slot 18 as close as possible to the central axis of the device 10. This allows liquid dripping from the support surface 11 to be collected, particularly in the closed position.

[0168] Fig. 6 shows a slightly modified variant of a device 10', in which the roller-like closure 25 is actually rolled or wound (automatically or manually) onto a mandrel 36. This enables particularly compact storage of the roller-like closure 25 in the illustrated release position.

[0169] A further variant of a device 10" according to the invention shows Fig. 7. This essentially corresponds to the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, with the difference that the roller-like closure 25 does not hang freely or is rolled up. Rather, it is unfolded. The enlarged view of the partial area of the closure 25 in Fig. 7 shows that the slats 26 are connected via flexible, in particular thin intermediate regions 38.

[0170] During the transfer from the Fig. 7 shown release position into a closed position not shown, the closure 25 can then of course be unfolded again.

[0171] A further alternative embodiment of a closure 25 according to the invention shows Fig. 8 a), in which the roller shutter 25 consists of individual, in Fig. 8 b) shown members 39, which are arranged as in Fig. 8 a) shown, interlock. The Fig. The coupling of the closure 25 to the closure element 23 shown in Figure 8 c) can, in cooperation with an inclined run-on plane 40, ensure that the links 39 are disengaged when the closure 25 is transferred into a release position and are lined up next to one another in a holder 41. The holder 41 can, in particular, have a tensioning element, in particular a spring 42, which pretensions the individual links 39 into their closed position or toward the closure element 23.

[0172] The sequence of figures 9 a) to 9 c) then deals with the spray system already mentioned above. Fig. 9 a) shows a roller blind-like closure 25 according to the invention in a very schematic representation. In this figure, outer spray channels 42 a) and inner spray channels 42 b) are indicated. These can be both provided, or only inner spray channels, or only outer spray channels. If necessary, the spray channels can also extend through the wall thickness of the closure 25. The spray channels can be provided, in particular, in (in Fig. 9 not shown) strips 26 can be integrated, as for example in Fig. 3 are recognizable.

[0173] Fig. 9 b) shows that the spray channels have nozzles 43, which can either be arranged inside the closure 25 (if they belong to an inner spray channel 42b) or can also pass through the closure (if they belong to an outer spray channel 42a). Finally, Fig. 9 c) very schematically the continuation of the channels in a closing element 24. Alternatively, this Fig. 9 c) can also be understood as a representation of the spray nozzles in the end element, in which case the reference number 43 would be provided instead of 42

[0174] Last revealed Fig. 10 shows an alternative for a closure element 23' according to the invention. This consists of a flexible rod 44 (or flexible bar) to which an elastic material 45 is attached.

[0175] Fig. 10 a) shows the release position of the end element 23' below the support surface 11. Here, too, a slot 21' is present, but it does not have to be as wide as in the embodiment according to the Fig. 1 to 3.

[0176] When transferring the end element 23' into the Fig. 10 c) the material 45 can be (automatically) transferred into a final shape or side window shape, which together with the rod 44 is shown Fig. 10 c) then provides a complete, sealing end element 23'.
